Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short on every level. Starting with the food, the cheese on the nachos was not real cheese but a low-quality cheese sauce that was unappetizing. The guacamole and pico de gallo tasted like they were store-bought, completely lacking freshness or flavor. The nachos themselves were soft, soggy, and, worst of all, missing the meat they were supposed to come with. To top it off, someone thought it was a good idea to add olives to nachos—seriously, who does that?
The ambiance wasn’t much better. The music was not only horrible but so loud that my wife and I couldn’t hold a conversation. Instead of creating a lively, authentic vibe, it felt like we were at a bad club.
The service was equally underwhelming. You order from a touchscreen, which strips away any authentic or personal touch you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant. It felt impersonal and cheap—except it wasn’t cheap. The prices were surprisingly high for such a poor experience.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Mexican food or a pleasant dining experience. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have never written a restaurant review before, but I hope this can help someone else from having the same horrible...

We love Mexican food, and we've walked by this place a few times, so we finally decided to give it a shot. The place is pretty small, with a few outdoor tables, and a big TV that mostly plays soccer.
Food: We ordered shrimp fajitas and a few tacos to try. The fajitas are cooked on a skillet with a dramatic flamed presentation. There was a decent amount of shrimp, but the size was very small. The shrimp themselves were okay, but because the alcohol hadn't had time to evaporate, the sauce, vegetables, everything was bitter and hard to eat. The tacos had very little filling, they lacked juiciness and sauces, but they do bring out some guacamole, which helps a little. Our favorite was the taco with ribs, the meat was cooked well and tender. Also, the tacos look nothing like the pictures the owner uploaded on Google, just a heads up.
Service: Service was simple, all the tables are very close together. You order through a special app on a tablet, which is very convenient if you don't speak Portuguese. The menu had pictures, which also made it easier to choose.
Conclusion: We thought it was very mediocre, the food lacked flavor, a true Mexican taste, we couldn't feel it. The restaurant is a one-time thing! But the atmosphere during the Euro, watching...
Read moreOne star only because zero isn’t an option. The “customer service” here is basically non-existent. They sat us down, handed us a tablet, and then vanished. No one explained how it worked, no check-ins, nothing.
People who showed up after us got their food and drinks right away. We waited forever — no drinks, no food, just sitting there wondering if we’d been forgotten. Turns out, we had. Our order never even made it to the kitchen because of a “tablet problem” — something they only bothered to tell us after we chased down three different servers. And not a single “sorry” or “we’ll fix it,” just blank stares and “uh-huh” responses.
When my friend’s food finally came (he was the only one who got served), I had a bite. Honestly? Nowhere near real Mexican flavor. The seasoning was bland, ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the whole thing felt like a poor imitation. If I want Mexican food, I’ll go to a place that actually cares about the food and the people eating it.
Bottom line — bad service, bad communication, and the food’s not worth the wait....
