An affront to Italian cuisine – Worst experience we had in Rio!

We reserved a table for New Year’s Eve, expecting a memorable evening, but it turned out to be a disaster. Upon arrival, they claimed they couldn’t find our reservation. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were finally seated—but we wish we had walked away instead.
