For starters, the host explained in great detail how the touch-screen system works, without the basic courtesy of asking if we would like to be shown. There wasn’t any details for each of the burgers so it was a matter of either remembering the long winded and fast explanation of the different types of burgers or taking a guess. Some types had the option of choosing how the burger was to be cooked, others did not. For the burger that did not have the option I requested to the host that it be well done. Our food was ready fairly quickly, and the drinks were correct however this is where the positives end. The fries weren’t great, pretty soggy. The burger had a very wet lower bun and did not look or smell appealing whatsoever. The cheese smelt so bad, artificial and congealed and the burger looked as if it was boiled, not grilled. About 1/3 of the way through, the burger was very pink, and headed towards medium-rare. That was it, I couldn’t stomach anymore and binned it. The host came over and asked if everything was good, and I let her know it was not. Her reaction and tone was extremely condescending to the point I asked her not to speak to me like a five year old. She offered to have a proper one cooked but I declined, and said I didn’t enjoy the burger anyway. My partner then discovered the extra bacon we had paid for was missing from the burger. He called the host over and she offered to make another one, but we decided that we would cut our losses and go elsewhere. Avoid. McDonald’s has better burgers...

Extremely attentive and courteous staff and a huge 400g burger served in under 20 minutes. I love a larger burger but should have stuck with the 200g burger and enjoyed the crispy and tasty fries. The Doce de Leite shake was the family favorite and the Nutella left my daughter wishing she had made another choice. The chicken itself was very good but the overall sandwich was not a favorite (the chicken was finished alone). The Medium was still pink and juicy.
