Retornei para editar minha avaliação, pois havia ocorrido um probleminha com meu pedido onde faltou alguns itens, entrei em contato com BK e conversei sobre o ocorrido, pediram para que eu me dirigisse até o aeroporto e conversasse com a gerente do dia. Chegando lá, fui muito bem recebido pela Jéssica e Thamires, ambas me deram super apoio e atenção, me pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido, me apresentou os lanches novos e deixaram eu escolher o pedido da forma que eu quisesse, prepararam com tanto carinho, estava saboroso demais, o refrigerante inclusive é um destaque à parte, estava saboroso demais. Enfim, anteriormente mencionei que não voltaria lá, e dps de ser tão bem tratado como cliente, me senti respeitado e certamente voltarei a comprar lá novamente, vale super a pena a equipe é bem atenta, foi apenas um descuido que ocorreu.
