The biggest issue for me was to be charged a 10% on top of the total of my bill, being a restaurant by kilo (self-service), this is the first time I see something like this in São Paulo in a self-service (by kilo) restaurant, plus, I haven’t seen it announced anywhere. I paid, didn’t want to cause any issues, but that seems really unfair. Note, I’m not against being charged a service fee at a restaurant, as long as there was table service, which was not the case.
