It's Vegan — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Cute little vegan joint with a variety of burgers and entrées. The sandwiches are pretty good; however, the service is pathetic. Our third time there, as well as the previous times, the owner/manager (?) had the most apathetic, unenthusiastic and disinterested attitude. Although he was polite, he did not seem to appreciate his customers by being a little more welcoming and engaging. Throughout the "service", he would often disappear upstairs for the longest time. This last time, after we walked in, waited some ten minutes for him to come down (I could clearly hear him chatting upstairs), we simply stood up and left. I do not want to dine at a place where I have to keep calling someone for service and will not patronize a business that does not care about...

We picked this as it was near our hotel we wanted good fast vegan food as we had just come off a 6 hour bus ride and from walking in we were met with brilliant, friendly and fun staff and super friendly customers too!

We were greeted at the door with ‘welcome home’ and it felt like we were family - the staff were really knowledgeable about other vegan places to visit which was really refreshing too!

We came on a Friday and so got the free cake with the combo which was a bonus!

The food was delicious, filling and really fresh! The shop has a really cool vibe with indoor and outdoor seating.

Will deffo be back ‘home’...

I am not vegan, but places like "Its Vegan" make it easy to think that there are compelling reasons to consider a plant based diet; everything was absolutely delicious. I have now visited the place a few times, and enjoyed many of the items in the menu. Their Korean Sandwich and the Palermo Hot dog (with plant based sausage) have been my absolute favorites. 100% recommend it, for vegans and those just wanting to try great...
