Méqui 1000 — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Well, before i shame this place for the service provided lets put some context into it. This is mcdonald's special 1000th restaurant in this country so they decided to add something special. Like waitresses and servants, also some special sandwiches that are just okay if not bad. The concept of being a fast food does not match the concept of in table service. Specially when tables does not have numbers and waitress have to go out in the restaurant looking for whoever ordered. This unit of the chain isnt foucused at all in quality of service you can see by the number of tables and chairs that is just toooooo much. Chairs and tables obstruct halls and corridors of the so said "mequi 1000". Overall just a bad experience even for a fast food. If you want a good mcdonalds experience just go to your good old neighbourhood mcdonald and order you good old...

The staff greeting at the door is really nice and helpful, although the staff handling/delivering the orders wasn't that great. They will charge you anything you can imagine as a simple barbecue sauce, ranch sauce or even maionese. The restroom wasn't very clean, but the tables at the dine in area were clean. No straws were provided by staff to my group because they said they didn't have it, although I was able to see other people with straws inside the restaurant on their drinks and some on the back counter at the delivery food station, so I didn't understand why we were denied it, unless that's because we didn't pay for it. My burger had no maionese at all, so the bun was dry because I had no knowledge that I must buy maionese to have it on my burger, which is a little bit strange comparing with other franchises in...

Nothing special just extremely crowded and you have to wait for seat. On top no consistency in food. Each time I ordered same sandwich it came different. And today Big Tasty Queijo was poorly made and I ordered extra tomato, it came without any tomato. They removed even the one that was there in default. But they attached to burger grill slip that clearly said Extra tomato. No attention to details and not reading even kitchen tickets properly. They need to be retrained! When told staff about missing ingredients they gave me back sandwich with one little slice of tomato and I had to ask them again! They just throw there extra tomato and that was it for them! Poor customer service! Won’t come here again. McDonald’s in USA and Europe are much higher standards...
