Hotel Tivoli is a standout property in the heart of São Paulo—elegant, comfortable, and well-located without feeling overly flashy. It’s walking distance to great shopping and dining, making it especially convenient if you’re in town for work or leisure (or both).

The Room My room was spacious, with sweeping city views and—perhaps most importantly for me—excellent air conditioning. A real win for anyone who likes to keep their room fridge-level cold. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, and plush towels. Flip flops are also provided, which is standard for many luxury hotels in Brazil but still a nice touch. The turndown service was a small but appreciated detail after long days of meetings.

The Rooftop One of the hotel’s best features is the rooftop restaurant and bar. It’s also where breakfast is served, and the views are worth waking up for. The space is beautifully designed—sophisticated but not stiff—and offers a great perspective over São Paulo’s skyline.

Breakfast is classic Brazilian: a buffet with fresh fruit, breads, pastries, cold cuts, juices, and solid coffee. You can also order à la carte items like omelets, tapioca, or specialty coffees if you want something made to order.

The Service Staff across the board were warm, helpful, and professional. From check-in to restaurant service, everything felt smooth and attentive without...

My recent stay at the Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo left me with mixed impressions. The rooms and location were fairly average, and the hotel's atmosphere seemed more geared towards business travelers rather than families. While the hotel restaurants offered a pleasant dining experience, the service was notably slow, with food wait times consistently exceeding 40 minutes. This made things very difficult with traveling with young children/toddlers.

The most significant issue, however, was a substantial discrepancy in the final bill compared to the initial booking.com rate. Despite accounting for charges from several restaurant meals over four nights for three people, the final amount was roughly $1000 higher than expected, raising concerns about billing transparency. It should be noted that they will ask for the payment at check-in so make sure to be prepared to discuss any discrepancy then.

Overall, while the Tivoli offers some positives, potential guests should be mindful of the slow restaurant service and carefully review their final bill against booking...

A beautiful and elegant hotel in a great location offering Avenida Paulista. The hotel is very well designed with a great entrance area and sitting spaces. We had a deluxe room plus overlooking the park snd was really spacious and very well equipped with great views of the city. The breakfast hat great Brazilian traditional tastes eith I liked a lot. Tapiocas and great tropical fruit selection. The space of the breakfast is in the ground floor and they have tables outside at the pool area and inside. The space is beautiful inside and outside. The only think I disliked with the hotel and every 5 star hotel in Brazil is that they want to block 4000 R$ from your card for incidentals even if you have prepaid the room and gave them already nearly 2000$ US. If in a trip you visit 4 such hotels you need to add to your card the amount of 16000 R$ for the blocking of the incidentals, which they never come back in your cards before at least 2 weeks have past, and your vacations are over. So guys be more concerned about this matter.

5 star treatment at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their uniforms always tidy and clean. The lobby is welcoming and always has a new theme on the table in the Centre of the lobby Ample place to sit and wait. Just off the lobby is an elegant restaurant that has a bar area and seating around warm and cozy tables The pool leads off form the restaurant with loungers available. The lifts are modern and stylish Rooms are definitely bigger than most hotels I have been in with marble bathrooms. Name branded shampoos and soaps also displayed next to a living plant in the bathroom. Coffee machine available with pods ( there is a charge for the coffee and there is no milk in the fridge ) Breakfast is an experience from the top floor having a wonderful view of the city Buffet has a huge selection of pastries , juices , cold meats , cheese and salads Eggs any style also available. The Brazilian coffee is my highlight ‼️‼️‼️
