Ok, there is a lot of beer to chose from, but my disappointment comes from what I ate. I ordered a burger (the one made with Australian bread — I forgot the name). It looked very good with 2 onion rings on top, potatoes, three types of sauces, but everything was tasteless. The burger itself was overcooked and had some pieces of something hard to chew in the middle, the potatoes were hard (not cooked well) and all of the three sauces were just boring (one was not able to guess what was the base of any of the sauces - one of them tasted like plain butter ?!?). And nobody brought even catchup (I asked for it, but they may have forgotten). What a deception for a 43-Reais burger that brought me a stomach pain after all. I am definitely not returning. I’ve been to Grainne’s a few times. Their food is typical of bar food and is good. Service is impeccable and you’re never wanting for another beer. The wait staff is quick to ensure you have a fresh beer when needed. They feature Irish, British, and local ales. On Thursday nights they feature live music. This can be hit or miss, but always fun. If you’ve never been here before, you will receive a wristband upon entry. Whenever you place an order, the waiter will scan your wristband. Atualização 6/11/18: Agora se você quiser entrar no Grainnes voctê tem que concordar em pagar R$10 de convert por pessoa mesmo se você for embora antes da banda começar.

A banda começa as 21:00, porem mesmo se você for embora 20:30, sem nem ver banda alguma, você paga covert. Isso faz sentido? Isso não é nem ao menos LEGAL, denuncia feita. Vou ao Grainnes a mais ou menos 5 anos. Mas hoje, dia 03/04/2018 fui até lá por volta das 18:10 e tive uma das piores experiências que já tive em qualquer restaurante.

O preço das porçoes aumentaram e a qualidade caiu o dobro. Pedimos a porção de R$40 que vem Costelas, Frango, Batata Frita, Pimenta Jalapenos empada e Onion Rings.

Pedi para retirar o frango e aumentar a porção de pimenta, se fosse possivel. O pedido veio sem frango mas também sem Onion Rings.

Ao comer as supostas Jalapenos empanadas percebemos que na verdade aquele empando é composto de apenas 10% de pimenta. Vem um pedacinho ridiculo em volta de uns 65% de massa gordurosa, 25% de Bacon.

Sem contar que todos os atendentes desapareceram, não tinha nem caixa pra pagar a conta...Um garçom inexperiente se virou pra pegar nossa conta, e sem surpresa alguma haviam lançando items a mais.

Sem contar que coloram os 10% como item lançado na conta, coisa que nunca vi em lugar algum. Pedi para retirar é claro, depois de receber um serviço de baixa qualidade.

Tive que esperar retirar o item errado e a gorgeta para então poder pagar. E mesmo depois disso tudo ao tentar sair do local, a minha comanda não havia sido liberada, pois não havia caixa no local até mais ou menos 19:30 da noite. Ou seja, ninguém que sabia operar o caixa e a liberação de comandas.

O Grainnes aumentou o preço e diminuiu a qualidade. Existem lugarem muito melhores em campinas pelo mesmo preço.
