This is a very traditional Sukiyaki restaurant. You might wait quite a while in the queue at the front entrance, or even for your turn to be served. But, when it is time, the owner herself will come over to your table, with a typical individual pan-stove, add butter and start placing the ingredients inside. They are so fresh!! In the usual arrangement, there is meat, shitake and shimeji mushrooms, homemade tofu, scallion, onion, potato noodles, sprouts and chard... but you can ask for a vegetarian alternative! The magic is in the sauce, which carries fish head and shoyu, and its recipe is a great mistery, and has ran in the owner's family for generations. I have been here twice, and can't wait to visit again soon! You must give it a try. If you do go, leave your review as well, I would love to know what you thought about...

The restaurant wasn't full until a bit after 1 PM, but somehow, the waitresses always looked busy. They also have a small discount if you pay with cash. I definitely recommend and would eat...
Read morePositive points: The sushi was very good, the fish was fresh and we really liked the variety. My boyfriend enjoyed his ramen pretty much. Negative points: uncomfortable atmosphere, everything looks very old fashioned (I like traditional places, but there I felt like I was at some grandma's place) the staff is not well prepared. There was particularly one waiter with gray hair whose behavior was not acceptable AT ALL. He was joking as if he was hanging with his mates and he even ATE SOME LEFTOVER SALAD from a customers' table IN FRONT OF ME. He laughed to his colleague and entered...
