We had a terrible experience with Happy restaurant. We ordered food through their application and paid, but we never received it. The app showed that our food had been delivered, but nothing ever arrived. We waited, but there was no call or notification from the restaurant, even though they had our contact details.
The next day, we went to the restaurant to complain. The staff barely spoke English, and it took a long time for them to understand our issue. After much effort, they finally offered us two options: either take the food now or wait 2-3 days for a refund. Since they didn’t return our money in the first place, we didn’t trust that we would actually get it back.
Instead, we decided to book a table for five people. When we arrived, they gave us the worst table in the restaurant. Despite having a reservation, they served us the food in small takeaway packages as if we had ordered delivery again. The food was prepared in just two minutes, proving it wasn’t fresh, and it tasted awful.

Inside one of the zucchini pieces from your so-called “roasted vegetables,” I found a broken wooden toothpick. Yes, you read that right—a sharp, wooden fragment hidden in my food! As someone with dental issues, this has caused me serious pain, and today, I am forced to visit my dentist because of the damage it has caused.
This is beyond unacceptable. How does a highly advertised restaurant like Happy Bar & Grill allow such a dangerous mistake to happen? Your negligence has not only ruined my meal but also put my health at risk.

Food is top class! The service of waiter staff could be improved. Perhaps a refresh on training and being aware of your tables needs. As someone with more than 20years of experience in Hospitality I can confidently say that table service is key and could be the difference between people ordering 1 more drink, dessert or leaving a generous tip. Unfortunately we were left with much to desire from our waitress. We had to continuously look for her to order and ended up ordering with a different waiter. She spoke to the kids at the table when taking the order not the adults?? Thankfully she isnt the 1 cooking bc we would have most likely got up and left.
