The first thing I would like to ask the so-called chefs is, do you yourself eat what you serve to your clients? The food is terrible, I wouldn’t let my dog ​​eat this🤦 We ordered one thing, it turned out that it was no longer on the menu, although it was on the menu, we ordered seabass with risotto, sauce and parmesan, they just brought rice and a piece of dried fish (and there was only half of the fish on the plate from the one in the picture, although it should have been 300 grams, but I’m not sure that they brought at least 150 grams), they said the sauce had run out. We asked where is the Parmesan? It was brought only after asking twice.. and included separately in the bill, although it should have been included in the price of the dish😐 We also ordered a tomahawk steak, it was also dry, without spices and salt.. there were exactly five quarters of potatoes from not the largest potatoes, and not the amount that is in the picture. About cocktails.. we only tried one, but it was enough not to try another one.. it was called Dissarono of some kind.. in a regular water glass, lime juice, ice and just a little bit of Dissarono for the smell😐 Drink this impossible, incredibly sour and tasteless, my friend didn’t even finish it, despite the price, I don’t remember exactly, either 15.90 or 16.90BGN. In short, to everyone who reads this, if you want to ruin your appetite and mood for the whole day , then this is the place for you, if not, then as soon as you see this restaurant, then run away from it and quickly, this is not a restaurant, and the people who work there are not professionals, they simply brazenly deceive gullible tourists. I don't understand how they have a 3.0 rating, it should be 1.0!

Yesterday, a few hours after I added my review, three reviews appeared (and today one at the moment) in Bulgarian about what a wonderful establishment this is and how tasty and wonderful everything is)) I very much doubt that these are reviews from visitors, most likely these are employees of this establishment or...

We went there with a few friend and I’m completely disappointed . The place looks really cozy and great music but here are the challenges we faced : Since we here a big groupe we have been asked to pay an advance before to come, which we did with big pleasure since it’s something commun here. When it’s come to time to order, the server kept forgetting about the order, one of them have been requested few time and we got it after the fifth request, and the only justification we heard is that the kitchen is really big and we have many customers so they keep messing up, no idea if it was the server or the kitchen issue. Then come to the payment, we explained that we had already paid a certain amount, the server asked for the paper proof we did present and here start the saga, he came back and explained that the manager wasn’t aware and that his colleagues didn’t informed no one and they went out with this amount home so the solution is that we pay all tonight and we come back next day to take the money otherwise he will have to pay it from his pocket🤔🤔 like seriously they are playing the emotional card of the poor guy that have to pay the mistake of others, we said no, we are not coming all this way to take back our money after already coming twice : first time to give the advantage, second time for the night. Finally when we asked to speak to the manager suddenly it was ok , let’s just pay the rest. When we checked the bill, we ha a majoration of 35 leva from something we never ordered and the answer was : well it’s already in the system I cannot change it and again I will have to pay it. I recently visited this place and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was excruciatingly slow. We waited forever for everything, from our drinks to the bill.

We ordered two cocktails: a Sex on the Beach and a Whisky Sour. The Sex on the Beach had no ice, which we will address later, and the Whisky Sour was unbearably sour without the essential egg white. When we asked for some ice for the Sex on the Beach, the waiter ignored our request. We asked two more waiters after that and still never received it.

After that fiasco, we decided to order two Aperol Spritzes, hoping for better luck. Unfortunately, they tasted awful. It felt like they used sweet white wine instead of Prosecco. On top of that, all the cocktails had an insufficient amount of ice. We couldn’t even finish any of the drinks because they were so poorly made.

The shisha we ordered was just as bad. It didn’t produce enough smoke, and despite asking for ice in the jar, there was none.

To top it all off, when we asked for the bill and voiced our complaints, the waiter simply shrugged and said he couldn’t do anything about it. So, we ended up paying for the terrible service and awful drinks we couldn’t even finish.

This place is a complete waste of time and money. I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. There are plenty of better places out there. This one is not worth your...
