We visited the restaurant on Monday evening. We came in without a reservation and found a table. At first, we had to call out to an employee to bring the menu (they did not respond to the call). We made an order, everything seemed to be fine, the waitress checked the list - everything was fine. One item was the same twice, for children. The girl repeated - two potatoes with nuggets, I emphasised that it was for children. It seemed to be okay. Later, they brought one potato with nuggets. And that was it. They didn't bring the second one. The waitress came over to ask if everything was okay. I told her that not all the order had been delivered yet and that for some reason they had brought food only to one child. She asked if we wanted another portion of potatoes and nuggets. I confirmed it. We waited a little longer and the whole order was brought. There are no questions about the food - everything is delicious. A little later, I notice a QR code on the table, which can be used to pay for the order. Great. I scan it and see the order in which the bets were ordered. The second nugget potato was marked when I asked the waitress when it would be brought. That is, it was not included in the order. Which is a bit unpleasant. Then the child could not finish his portion and I asked to pack the rest of the portion with me. The waitress took the portion and returned it already packed. At home, my daughter opened it to finish eating and was very surprised. Out of her three nuggets, only one was left and the potatoes were almost half the size of what she had on her plate before they took it to the bag. I don't even know how to interpret this, the child was a little upset. I did not expect...
Read moreThe place is pretty fine with a great atmosphere, right next to the sea and the port. As soon as we arrived we had reserved an outside table, which was denied to us multiple times as they did not have any yet (we said we were fine waiting), all this in a nonchalant and unfriendly way with people looking as dreadful as they could be (this will be on the whole meal). Once seated we waited forever before even receiving the menu. We then waited a lot to get the waiter to come (waiter which was looking as if he had been through the worst possible events known to man),and you get it, waiting between every possible step of the meal, and of course, getting every single dish we ordered (we ordered at least 7 varying from appetizers, main dishes and desserts with drinks) at random timeframes, none of them being brought at the same time, a senseless dance of dishes. This was a very bad experience and a slow service can be understood, but clueless and dreadful waiters, with the most random service of dishes possible is not acceptable. After so much waiting even the waiter came and offered a free main dish that was just being horribly slow to come, ending somewhat on a fairly...
Read moreWe chose it because it is the most famous restaurant in Varna. It is very crowded inside and I recommend you to make a reservation before going. There is also a lot of seating both inside and outside. You can go with children. The staff is very attentive, smiling and takes care of you very quickly. They also speak English very well. There is a lot of food on the menu. You may be surprised what to eat :) The cocktails in the drinks are very delicious. However, there should have been a place mat for everyone in the presentation section. It is not hygienic at all to put the food and forks that come directly on the table. It also does not look aesthetic at all. You get the feeling that you have come to a tradesman's restaurant. I hope they change this. We got a salad and the sauce on it was so bitter and inedible. I could not eat it. Also, the crispy chicken was nice but again the spices they put in it left a strange smell. I hope they fix this too. The fish products were nice. The sauces were a little salty. The prices are very reasonable. It would be nice to walk around the sea view after...
