Worst! Please do not go there, ruining the customer service reputation of Dubai! We went there yesterday 29/12/24 at 9pm and the place was super empty, we were the only ones there and the staff were extremely rude and sarcastic, we ordered two chemex and milk on the side , the guy looked at us in a humiliating way and laughed sarcastically, it took him more than 15 mins to get to pay as he didn’t know how to use the visa machine and he called his friend who is even way ruder , I told him, is it too complex why is it taking too much time from you guys , he said perhaps you are the one making it complicated! The atmosphere and design is very nice. I think the owners should put more effort with his staff and train on customer service so that they experience for the customers as welcoming for example to be clear with the customers on the closing hours and try not to kick them out before the closing hours.
