The walls are adorned with striking Japanese-inspired murals, featuring bold geisha-like figures and other traditional motifs, as seen in the first image. The dim lighting, complemented by the illuminated shoji screen-like panels lining the walls, creates a serene and authentic ambiance, perfect for a relaxed meal. The cozy, plush red seating, visible in both images, invites you to settle in and enjoy. I especially loved the beautiful, intricately patterned kimono displayed on the wall, adding another layer of cultural richness to the decor. And that gorgeous green Japanese umbrella in the corner? Each dish I tried was a culinary masterpiece: Crunchy Crab Salad: This was a fantastic start, light, refreshing, and with a satisfying crunch that set the tone for the meal. Dragon Roll Sushi: A classic done exceptionally well, bursting with fresh flavors and beautifully presented. Stir-fried Shrimp: Cooked to perfection, the shrimp were tender and flavorful, a testament to the kitchen's skill. Crispy Calamari: Crispy on the outside and tender within, these were incredibly moreish and perfectly seasoned. Wagyu Nigiri: This was a true highlight! The melt-in-your-mouth wagyu atop perfectly seasoned rice was an absolute dream. The Passion Fruit Drink the Japanese Way was unlike anything I've had before. It was a unique and incredibly refreshing beverage that complemented the food beautifully, and I couldn't find a way to describe it, it was just that unique and good. To top it all off, the service was impeccable. Our server, Chris, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he was always there to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. I visited Mrs Mika recently and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. The disrespectful attitude of both the staff and the manager was appalling, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected throughout my whole visit. Not only did the staff consistently ignore my requests and needs, but they also failed to take my allergies seriously. I explicitly informed them about my food allergies as a precautionary measure for my safety. However, they showed a complete lack of understanding and neglected to make any accommodations. The waitstaff's dismissive behavior was evident from the moment I stepped in. The way they disregarded my concerns and inquiries left me feeling unimportant as a customer. It appeared that they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than providing attentive service. To make matters worse, I noticed that after placing my order, the kitchen staff seemed to be completely unaware or uncaring about my allergy. They prepared my food without any regard to cross-contamination or ensuring that my meal would be safe for consumption. As a result, I ended up having a severe allergic reaction shortly after leaving the restaurant. When I brought the matter to the attention of the manager, their reaction was far from satisfactory. Instead of displaying empathy or concern, they dismissed my complaint and attempted to shift the blame onto me. Their unprofessional and confrontational approach was completely inappropriate, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

The first and the foremost thing about this restaurant, Regarding the food, it's fine as according to their standard but still not professional yet. The main thing that comes about this restaurant is that the company and the management don't care about the staff at all. Providing visa very late a okfter getting abscond and getting into huge fines is not good. It's like they don't fear dubai rules and government. Showing hopes to the working colleagues regarding their visa issues is the negative point. Secondly, Salary on delay!! Paying the salary of previous month at the end of another month is wreckless. The staffs are getting paid one month salary in the end of another month that is very wreckless. Just imagine how can a person survive for two mo onnths in one month salary?? Their work is showing their so called care and respect towards the staffs and their unprofessionalism. PLUS, They don't pay the staffs who even worked half month like from 15-20 days when the staff leaves the company in which is inappropriate and very disrespectful. Every staff should be treated with respect and kind because the staffs whether they are still working or even they leave the work are your staffs who gave the time to the company. Even when the staff leaves or resigns from the work, they should be paid their outstanding balance of the days they worked as an appreciation for their hard work that they provided to the company.
