My past experiences with the restaurant had been good. Today afternoon, an unfortunate incident happened, the restaurant tried to slide rotten food past me for my NHAM24 order. Called the restaurant and shared my concerns, the guy on the phone claimed to be the manager and assured he will look into the issue and called back in 10 mins with the solution. It’s been more than 5 hours now, No callback yet from the restaurant. I threw my whole order (worth about $14) in the dustbin, made no sense to eat the rotten food. I understand restaurants are facing a hard time, but if the consistency isn’t maintained, it’s just a sinking ship! Never again!
