Read moreI regret to say that my experience at Kungfu Kitchen was far from satisfactory. While the food managed to meet the bare minimum of acceptability, it left much to be desired in terms of consistency and flavor. One day the flavors were tolerable, the next, it was an assault on the taste buds with excessive saltiness or bland as cardboard. It's like they were playing a game of culinary roulette with my taste buds.
But perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the service. The staff were downright rude and seemed to have mastered the art of indifference. No smiles, no warmth, just soulless automatons taking orders and messing them up in the process. It's disheartening to spend your hard-earned money in a place where you're treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
And let's not even get started on the wait times. It felt like an eternity before my food arrived, despite my repeated attempts to follow up with the staff. It's as if they were operating on a different concept of time altogether.
To add insult to injury, the prices have skyrocketed without any noticeable improvement in portion sizes or quality. The blaring music made conversation nearly impossible. It felt like being trapped in a nightclub rather than a restaurant.
Overall, my experience at Kungfu Kitchen was a lesson in disappointment. From inconsistent flavors to exorbitant prices and...
Read moreAs usual, the food was good. Our table's waitress was very kind, informative, and accommodating, even helping us with the kungfu kicks drinks we wanted to try. We were greatly grateful to a few others who were also very kind to us.
On the other hand, today was the worst kungfu customer experience I have ever had. I was sitting with my friends when I noticed that one of the karaoke room doors was open. So, we wanted to ask if we might be able to enter, so we called out to one of the female employees on the iPad right next to us, saying, "Bong!" She raised her hand and essentially told us off, stating that we would be served shortly, without even glancing at us or offering to assist. 🤚 “ឈប់បង! ដល់វេនបងឯងឡូវហេីយ”
hmmm… Is this the standard? Is this how we will be treated when simply trying to ask a question?
Now, I am not saying that customers are king or anything, but it is just rude and inappropriate to treat any human being in this way, much less treat your own customers with this attitude. Everyone has bad days, but is it really necessary to yell at people when you are having a bad day?
Additionally, we called to reserve our table, and surpruse surprise, it was also not very pleasant to say the least. KFK went from having some of the greatest customer experiences—for me and everyone else—to...
