great location , brilliant staff , ok value|Liked · pool , Now the staff on reception were amazing all of them , very helpful, funny professional understanding Nice big safe room for laptop Great air conditioning unit worked well|Disliked · Bad lighting in bathroom Gap around bedroom door lets light in I was in 202 If your a man the robes hanging up won’t fit you No coat hangers in room Takes a while for hot water to come through The restaurant in a joke , things on menu aren’t on there , the pictures are nothing like the food they serve, I ordered tuna salad the first night the picture in the menu looked lovely, when it came it looked like aplate of cat food tipped on to lettuce bowl, where were the potatoes and the french beans, waitress said we didn’t have any and laughed, she should have said as she recommended that dish, I asked for ice cream , it’s on the menu she said we don’t do it, what a joke that restaurant is, I asked the boss about it first in the restaurant and he walked straight past me ignoring me totally, how rude .. The security guy at the front of the hotel was always sitting down on his phone, ignoring not taking any notice or anything I paid a $145 US for 4 nights and down the road you can stay at the mad monkey hostel , own double room with ensuite for $ 6 a night , it was better there as I did a walking tour from there , it’s just full of...

I checked in at 3pm left at 5pm🕔,left my Hotel Key🔑 at reception, I returned at 10pm🕙, the room was booked as a double room,👫 but at 10pm🕙 the Hotel Staff member 😡was more interested in showing me a pamphlet on in hotel services,💃 Cheap massage services and explaining the costs involved, 👎💃😡 All I wanted was my Hotel room Key🔑, not interested in Hotel Female Massage services, 😡😡😡🚫

Terrible experience,😡🚫 Terrible service 😡🚫

The shower was cold ❄ Water 💦

So all this information was added to my YouTube video and downloaded to YouTube.🌈 It did have 1 thing nice and that was the breakfast👍, everything else failed,👎 Especially my Prison like Hotel room, ⚠️⚠️ 🚫 🚫 The Mattress was like sleeping on concrete. The TV reception was sooooo Bad 👎 as on quality of Screen color, it was all blurry.

The tiles on the First floor, look like the same tiles , same color, same stains , as the Genocide Museum Tiles . Looking at these Hotel Tiles , all Stained remained me of my Visit to the Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh...

No stair to lobby, surrounding area around the hotel have a lot of shop, variety of restaurant cuisine nearby and hotel restaurant open from morning till night. Though there is no air con at the hotel lobby but it seem not hot. Comfortable to sit around lobby and restaurant. Staff is ok and helpful, most of them non english speaker but they still greet you whenever they can with few exception (some of them possibly had botox , they cant smile). The building does give you a sense of old fashion building but im a antiquarian kind of guy certainly not an issue for me. On hygeine , i would give it a 6 out of 10. The corridor is a bit mess but the room are clean, i saw the staff clean the corridor from time to time but the corridor is tile maybe that why. Water pressure is good, hot and cold water is good and bed is comfy. There is a balcony for my room and my friends room. I think it is available for each room. Hotel price is cheap, under 30 dollar at early 2022, i say it is a good price in a perfect location. My advice is always bargain with tuk tuk in front of hotel before you hop in the transports as a foreigner basically that is what you need to do in cambodia otherwise you be paying a hefty price for a short...
