I notice the location stated in Google maps as in the National University of Management, but didn't realise it is literally inside the university ππ.
The so-called cafe, more of a restaurant, is basically a convenience to serve the students of the university rather than outsiders. I feel so left out as I feel I'm the only grown up within the crowds ππ.
I asked for spaghetti indicated in the menu but they don't have spaghetti. I opted for stew beef noodles and hit cappuccino. The total bill 19,000 riel. Cost wise seems more expensive than restaurant food, while this place suppose to serve the students.
Food wise, for both the noodles and coffee, it's just so so, nothing spectacular. Just that it's more of a convenience for the students.
The place is crowded with students, either doing their work or chatting with their friends, hence rather noisy and taking up the seats meant for customers. So no CE it's a university, suggest the place to practice some form of civic conscious mindset for the students to return their tray, to avoid unkempt tables for other walk-in customers.
Anyway, it's always an experience to lookout for any new F&B joints while I'm still serving in this country, and for this place, it's just another...
