After countless hours of research and planning, I was finally ready to prepare a special dinner for my sibling, whom I hadn't seen in years. I wanted everything to be perfect and memorable, so I put a lot of thought into every detail of the menu. The excitemt and anticipation. Built up as the day approached, and I couldn't wait to share this meal together.

The centerpiece of our dinner was the steak Café de Paris. I had heard many great things about this dish and was eager to try it. When the steak arrived, I could immediately see why it was so highly recommended. The raw steak was beautifully presented, and the Café de Paris sauce was perfect complement. The rich, herb infused butter melted over the tender meat, creating a flavor explosion in every bite. I savored the complex and robust taste, appreciating the meticulous preparation that went into crafting such a remarkable dish. It was clear that this steak was made with love and expertise, and I couldn't help but fall in love with it.

Next, we had the linguine in a creamy sauce. As a pasta lover, I was particularly excited about this dish. When it was served, the aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The linguine was cooked to perfection, with a silky, creamy sauce that clung to each strand of pasta. The sauce had a delicate balance of flavors, with hints of garlic, parmesan, and a touch of white wine. Every forful was a delight and the pasta was perfect texture--neither too soft nor too firm. It was evident that great care had been taken to create a dish that was both comforting and indulgent. We came to this restaurant for breakfast buffet at 10 am. They offer it 8 am to 11 am. The restaurant was packed with large and smaller groups. The food at the buffet bar was quite seriously picked already with some serving dishes sitting empty. We were surprised that the restaurant chose not to refill the dishes and we therefore got a very basic selection of leftovers that no one wanted. When they brought lunch buffet option at 10:50 and started carrying out platefuls of deserts, dishes of fruit, yogurt cups, various salads, meats and cheeses, we weren’t allowed to have anything from those tables even though we came quite late to breakfast and had almost no food to choose from. After a long conversation pleading our hungry case, we were allowed to get 1 small desert. Considering that the price for free flow breakfast increased to $13.90 we didn’t feel the food we got was worth that amount and didn’t feel they adequately stocked breakfast buffet bar throughout the breakfast time slot. My advice, come for breakfast between 8 and 9 am because they do NOT refill the dishes during breakfast. Or come at 11 to enjoy a much better (but also more expensive, $17 per person)...
