The last i had was evening. now they open morning which is I am commenting. I beleive they had changed owners entirely. The broth had no more herbs aroma as before. the beef meat given for the pho is the cheap portion cuts with lots of tendons and sparsely 2 slices while most meatballs are bought ready made and tastes the same everywhere. I no longer had the generous slices of beef cuts it once had. 1 star for food. And this stall don’t display a price list. Be careful. 1 star for cheating the prices. Chicken pho wanted $4 and beef “$3”. Chicken is cheap everywhere in Cambodia. I say “$3” is still relatively expensive in a now more prices subdued Siem Reap. Don’t bother, there is a claypot beef pho beside the wat for 10,000 riel which has full table condiments and cleaner too. My advice is, several months ago, they were good....
