I visited Camelot for dinner with friends, and while the food and ambiance were good, the experience was completely ruined by the manager’s unprofessional behavior. When we decided to move to the rooftop, we were told there was a minimum charge, and that our current bill wouldn’t be included. Rather than offering any assistance or working with us to resolve the issue, the manager was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and left us feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing that a restaurant with such potential would have a manager who clearly doesn’t understand the basics of customer service.

While the restaurant itself may have potential, the poor and disrespectful behavior from the manager was a deal-breaker. I strongly urge the management to address this issue, as it severely impacts the overall experience.
