Literally the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. Ordered 2 bacon mcmuffins (requested lightly toasted - not burnt) and 1 hash brown via drive thru. They told me to pull over to the curbside to wait cause the hash browns were still cooking. I was the only car at the curbside at the time. So I went inside to see if it would be faster to get my order since I was in a hurry and didn't want to be late for work. When I inquired on my order, the front worker said she'd check. Then another car pulled over the curbside next to my car. Again, I asked about my order and additionally asked if they could make it quickly because I didn't wanna be late for work. The other 3 people at the front had been helped, the car that pulled over to the curbside AFTER ME was helped before me WHICH IS SO IRRITATING. She finally gave me my order AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR 1 HASH BROWN TO COOK. WHY DOES IT TAKE 20 MINUTES TO GET A HASH BROWN COOKED AND IN A BAG?? I was 20 minutes late to work and would NOT get mcdonalds if I knew they were gonna take 20minutes to make a hash brown and I was just gonna be helped last even though I ordered before those other people. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE for a "fast" food restaurant. When I dine in at restaurants I get my order served faster (5-10 minutes) than a drive thru at this McDonald's location. They also burnt my bacon egg mcmuffins when I repeated asked them to make sure not to burn it but I couldn't afford to wait for them to remake the sandwiches cause I was already running late to work from them taking 20 minutes to make a hash brown and bag it. I phoned one day approx. a day and a half later due to having 4 different orders, so I needed to find 2 receipts because whomever out all 4 into one bag, so when I called the manager, first, she question why I took so long to call. Then asked for the order numbers, so when I gave them to her, she proceeded to call me a liar because their order numbers are 3 digits, but mine only had two. Then told me I had to come in with my receipts to prove my order mess up and through this conversation the evening manager was rude. After being called a liar and dealing with poor service from a manager, I was NOT going in to prove anything because I'm sorry, I was quite insulted with how she handled the situation and I have a bad temper, so it was just better to not go back, so instead I have never gone back to that location (even if it is more convenient for me and/or my passenger(s)) and I have made a point to share my experience with my family and friends. My business or the business of family and friends isn't enough to effect their profit margins; however, I will not support poor customer service from a manager especially, seeing as I worked 15yrs in customer service, so my expectations are quite high because even as a customer, I still hold the expectations I had as an assistant manager in my 20's now, even just as a customer. I said i didn't Im still here waiting. She kept arguing and then goes back and gives me a bag with order. I went to my car and thought to check and saw there is only one burger. I went back and said you only give me one burger. She said because you already took 2 already. I pissed me off at that and I said what do you mean. I have not had any order. She went back talking to manager. Manager went to look at camera and saw that I have not gotten any order. Then the manager does not even come to front to even say sorry. The girl comes and gives me another burger without even apologizing. I had other places to go too and got late. Came home told my daughter the story and she called the MacDonald and talked to the manager. The worst manager ever still did not apologized and kept on arguing instead of just saying one word sorry.
