Today May 31st, 2024 I ordered a burger and Chilli Cheese Nacho from them through skip the dish and they Absolutely Botch It “they poured the cheese and the chilli all over the chips so they were all soggy and spoilt and disgusting” and when I called them to tell how I received my order and ask how would they rectify it, they said they can’t and their not going to resend my order. Then they hung up the phone very rude and disrespectful customer service even when I called a second time.
“Raman” something I didn’t not get her last name, one of the so called managers or employee I’m sure which one she is told me to come to the store and they’ll redo the orders I went to the store within the hour I made the order and then their telling me that they are not going to refund me or replace the order they messed up and to make matters worse they were not just being rude and disrespectful they were laughing as if it’s was funny. This was all at my expense because of someone that was training and did not know how to prepare the order. So I not only lost my money I also wasted gas and time on a whole 30mins drive to and from the location. Read moreI went to the drive thru at maybe 10:45 I was instructed to wait up front coz my order will take few minutes. So I did. I waited til like 11.05pm NOTHING! I wanted to get their attention, I finally saw a crew in the dining area. (Dining was closed only drive thru is open) She saw me, but proceeded to leave and DID NOTHING. I then decided to go to the drive thru window. And asked a customer to help me get the crew members attention and she did. I felt so bad. But she was nice about it. Then I said, hey! I've been waiting for the order I paid for more than 5 minutes now. I was being nice actually its more than that! It's like 11.10 at this point. There were some.stranded guests from the u.s. that was stuck and they wanted to order so I told them to hop on. We went to thr drive thru once again. Got their orders. Got my order. Because it's been that long, the manager decided to remake my order, gave me 2 free frosty. The whole angry experience was flipped. The Americans were happy I was happy as well.
