I had an amazing salad, which was one of the best I can remember having. All ingredients were incredibly fresh and tasty with a perfect crispy crunch to all of the vegetables. In addition, I also had a "Greengo Smoothie" and now that I am thinking about it, I wish they were still open so I could go get another one. Highly recommend! I also had the brownie and it was made to perfection while not being overly sweet. And last but not least, I had the "Cashew cookies" and they did not last very long, they are a perfect melt in your mouth cookie with amazing flavors and as with the brownie, they were not overly sweet as most other cookies are. While I was there I over heard another customer enjoying one of the "Smoothscicles" and they were saying that it was the best combination of ingredients they ever had. I will certainly be trying one the next time I am in Canmore. In short, I would highly recommend "An Edible Life" to everyone and I will certainly be back to try more...

Weâve enjoyed their meals while in Canmore so much that we loaded up our cooler for the rest of our roadtrip through Banff/Jasper (3 days of meals). Great taste, healthy and super convenient. Only thing youâll need to do is warm it. So if youâre staying in Canmore and are looking for a proper meal, go pick-up some. And if your traveling, make sure to load up that RV!
Weâve had the Lasagna, Quinoa salads, Cauliflower Curry, Bolognese Saus, Meatballs, Pasta Sauce, Turkey Meatballs, Pulled Pork, Rice & Pasta (did I say we...
Read moreFirst of all it is not apparent that this is FROZEN food only with an exception of some salads and NO, they won't warm it up for you. Secondly, please don't be fooled by their borscht at a price of $7 per 0.5l. it's frozen and the one I grabbed was a month old (there is a sticker on the bottom as I discovered later on). Tho most importantly, it was so so spicy it was just unpleasant to eat (I am able to enjoy south Indian cuisine, but not when it comes to borscht!). No salt but tons of hot đ¶ïž. It was just such a disappointment at a rate of $14 / 1 litre. No salt, tons of pepper, a month old and the owner never bothered to mention those facts....
