During our walk about, this caught our eye immediately. An artist from Alberta was commissioned to design a sculpture for the City of Canmore. Since Canmore means 'Big Head' in Scottish, that was his inspiration. It was installed in 2008 and weighs nine tons. It's right near Policeman's Park and there are several eating establishments in the area. It makes for a nice stroll on a nice evening. Kids will have fun with the idea.
