This place is seriously busy, so I can forgive the occasional mess up and slow service. However, they have messed my order 2/3 times on average.
My last visit, the person working the drive through speaker barely could speak English so even simple instructions were a struggle for him. Most of my order ended up wrong and placing the order took so long I got to watch drivers in the other lane getting their orders before us. The worst part was the horrible coffee. It was too hot which made the cream curdle, they didn't put the correct amount of sugar and it was full of coffee grinds.
Walking into the building to get my order corrected was like walking into chaos. I had to speak to 3 employees before one of them was able to exchange the incorrect food items for the correct ones.
More that 75% of the staff seemed to be recent arrivals to the country, and I want to clarify right now, I don't care who is serving me, as long as they can communicate with me and process my order efficiently and accurately. If you're hiring people who struggle to communicate in the native language the majority of your customers speak, perhaps the smart move is to not have them work the front end, effectively destroying any chance your location can operate in a manner that's considered...

Dine in: their service is slow, the orders are wrong (I ussually get a big mac no pickles), they gave me a burger with nothing but pickles, and another time they "forgot" the patties, also they've gotten my drink wrong on several occasions (ask for a coke but I got iced tea on a few occassions), their fries are either cold or unsalted
Staff: for the most part they seem friendly enough, but they don't seem like they're trying, whether it's their management that doesn't boost morale or that's just how they are, I'm not sure, also I have been in the store during a slow time, so I would expect that service would be fast since no one was doing anything, I was wrong, there were 3 maybe 4 of them having an unimportant conversation in the back (I know this because I could hear them talking about weekend plans) and after waiting at the till for around 30 seconds they took my order

The first time I went to order fries and a Smartie McFlurry and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to the register to take my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my order. There was barely any ice cream in the McFlurry and it was like eating Smartie dust.
A week later I visited again and ordered 4 meals for my family. I had to wait 25 min. before I received my order, and when they finally gave it to me it was incorrect and was missing half of the food. I had to wait 35 min. in total to finally get the correct order. While I was waiting, at least 15 other customers ordered and received their order before I did, and at least 10 cars at the drive-through did as well.
Also while waiting, 4 other in-store customers complained of either getting the wrong order, or waiting 20 min. or more to receive their orders, or both. A local resident told me "it's always like this here". I do NOT recommend going to...
