Country Style — Restaurant in Barrie

Horrendous service. Ordered off Uber Eats just before 9am. I'm currently writing this at 10:10am, as my order was continuously delayed, saying they're still preparing the order. I tried calling Country Style 7 times to ask the status of my order, and nobody answered.

Even as I wait for my bagel and my iced coffee, it still says preparing and nobody continues to answer the phone. Even trying to cancel my order after waiting over an hour for JUST A BAGEL AND A COFFEE, Uber Eats wants to charge me because Country Style has been preparing my order the whole time...

I've never tried country style, and I'm certainly never going to with absolutely garbage service like this. If you can't handle having orders through Skip or Uber, just don't offer it at all and don't waste people's...

I went to this location as it was the only one open until 10, went through drive through and no one helped me, drove around 4 times and realized the employee didnt even have his headset on. We then drove to the window and honked then the guy finally came to serve us. We asked if he had any bagels left, he told us that CS closes at 9, meanwhile it clearly shows online that they close until 10 The employee then lied to us saying he had his headset on and that there were 10 customers in the store, and there was only 1. Recently ordered a few meals through Uber Eats delivery and it was one of the worst meals we have ever received. We orderd four bagel sandwiches, two different kinds, all four sandwiches were actually squished and burnt. They were so hard around the edges that we couldnt eat them. They weren't good at all. We also orderd an iced cappuccino that was foamy, thick and tasted absolutely nothing like coffee. The iced cappuccino looked like old chocolate milk and tasted so weird, almost like curry and cilantro. It was undrinkable. Disappointed in the experience...
