I was in this evening with my wife picking up a fresh turkey, a few other things and some eggnog. We really liked the organic one in the glass bottle and I had been getting it every week for the past few weeks. I tried returning my empties tonight while checking out since you get a $2 deposit back for recycling the container and 3 different associates gave me the hardest time since one bottle didn’t have the Farmboy logo. Last week when I picked up two liters of eggnog, I did notice that some had a Farmboy label and some had an Organic Meadows label. I didn’t think much of it since Farmboy puts their label on many other products and I still paid a deposit for both brands of glass bottle. I tried explaining this to all three cashiers but they wouldn’t listen so a manager was finally called since another customer was also annoyed by how I was being treated and there was a bit of a scene at the front of the store. The customer behind me laughed and said I must have been part of some elaborate eggnog container scam or something and made a few other hilarious remarks as we waited a decade for the manager to show up. She sided with the cashiers at first but then saw the plastic cap was the same as the Farmboy branded eggnog. I got my deposit, paid for my things and off we went. My wife and I laughed at how outrageous that experience was and said if it was at any other store, we would never return. Luckily for Farmboy, we love a lot of their products so we will be back, but I better make sure I grab the Farmboy labeled bottles next time. I have included a photo of the two bottles I purchased from Farmboy laying on the front seat of my vehicle for reference.

The interior of this store is clean & well organized! They have an array of Farm Boy exclusive items that I particularly loved sifting through. The take-away section is quite vast, from sushi & sandwiches, to salads & dips, all looking very fresh & delicious! The bakery was full of decadent items & the produce section have some items you may not be able to find in a traditional grocery store. My only criticisms would be that the isles are a little small, almost impossible for two carts to manage at a time & many items were quite expensive, but this is expected in a higher-end grocer. I will certainly be returning!!

Beautiful layout. Spacious and clean. Super friendly, every worker I came across. I asked a few how they enjoyed working at FB; they really liked it. One loved the work. Said they were still working out the start up challenges but it was still a fun place to work. One said she loves the compassion on the company when she lost a family memeber and then caught covid. She loves working there. It is really nice to shop in a place where people feel good about where they work. Prices were similar to Zehres. Going to try some of the FB brand products. I will definately shop here again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Farm Boy located at 436 Byrne Drive in Barrie, and I must say, it was an outstanding grocery shopping experience! This store deserves nothing less than a five-star rating.

First and foremost, the location is convenient, with easy access and ample parking available. Finding a spot was a breeze, allowing me to start my shopping trip on a positive note. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a pleasant shopping environment.

Farm Boy's commitment to quality is evident from the moment you walk through the doors. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles and find the products I needed. The range and selection of fresh produce, organic options, and specialty items are simply unparalleled.

The attention to detail and the commitment to sourcing local and high-quality products sets Farm Boy apart from other grocery stores. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. The bakery section offers a delectable array of freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts that are simply irresistible.

What truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service at Farm Boy. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. They are readily available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and offer assistance with a genuine smile. Their dedication to ensuring a positive shopping experience is truly commendable.

Another highlight of Farm Boy is their commitment to supporting local producers and showcasing their products. This not only benefits the community but also allows customers to discover unique and delicious items they may not find elsewhere. The store's dedication to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices is also noteworthy.

The checkout process at Farm Boy is seamless and efficient. The cashiers are friendly, and the lines move quickly, ensuring minimal waiting time. The store's commitment to providing a smooth shopping experience is evident in every aspect.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Farm Boy at 436 Byrne Drive, Barrie, to anyone in search of an unparalleled grocery shopping experience. From the exceptional quality and selection of products to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Farm Boy truly excels. Thank you, Farm Boy, for setting the standard in grocery shopping. I recently visited Farm Boy's grocery store and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, I found the store to have some interesting and unique products, but I couldn't ignore the fact that they were on the expensive side.

One of the things that stood out about Farm Boy's was the selection of products they offered. They had a variety of locally sourced and organic items that you don't often find in other grocery stores. It was refreshing to see lesser-known brands and specialty items that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. If you're someone who enjoys discovering new and distinctive food options, you'll appreciate what Farm Boy's has to offer.

However, the prices at Farm Boy's were a bit steep for my liking. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, I felt that some of the staple items were significantly more expensive compared to other grocery stores in the area. It made it challenging to justify spending extra on everyday items, especially when there are more affordable alternatives available.

Despite the higher prices, I will say that the shopping experience at Farm Boy's was pleasant. The store was well-organized and clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff members were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I also found their selection of fresh produce and bakery items to be of high quality.

To sum it up, Farm Boy's grocery store stands out for its unique product offerings and commitment to quality. However, the prices can be a deterrent, especially for those on a tight budget or looking for more affordable options. If you're willing to spend a bit more for specialty items or want to indulge occasionally, Farm Boy's can be worth a visit. But for everyday grocery needs, you might want to explore other stores that offer a better balance between uniqueness and...
