BAD ATTITUDE

Uninviting atmosphere and terrible, despicable attitude from the elderly woman working at the front. I’m a delivery driver and I’ve come into this place at least 15 times and she is always rude no matter how nice I try to be to her.

This time around pissed me off enough to compel me to write this review to let everyone know how terrible this persons attitude is and how she is not a genuine or nice person.

I simply came to pick up a delivery order and entered the store and waited for her to be available. She barked at me and said picking up?! I responded yes, and told her the name of whom I was picking up for. She snapped back at me and yelled at me in front of patrons complaining that if I’m picking up for Uber to say Uber! I politely advised her that it was her who asked me if I’m picking up and I said yes and apologized that I’m not aware of how she does things at her store but at hundreds of other places usually when they ask if I’m picking up it’s 100 percent a delivery for a customer on the order apps.

But in any case, regardless - you should not be talking to customers like that! And yes I am a customer! Even though I’m doing a delivery, YOUR customer is paying me to pick up what they paid for on their behalf! So if you are rude and are disrespectful giving bad service and negative attitude towards the delivery person you are essentially doing the same towards your customer. Also, what on Earth makes you think anyone who walks into your door is not a customer? This is not how you do business. You need to be held accountable for the actions you take and the way you treat others. Many people will read this and will now know. Although you google review ratings track with what I’m saying anyway. Fix yourself!

I took my best friend here for her birthday as she loves Thai food and we have been here in the past but must be new owners or new employees now. I got the shrimp curry which was average, but no real problems. My best friend ordered a meal (vegetable mee tho) which she has had in the past and loved. She took one bite and didn't like it so I thought maybe we could order something else. Well the "server", I say that in quotations because that is all she did was give us the food, never once came back to check in and ask how things were. So I finished my entire meal, my friend ate nothing and when she FINALLY noticed I was done asked how things were. I said well actually she didn't like her meal. I got the response "it is good" "one of our most popular dishes". Ok so asked if we could have something else instead, well that was too much of a hassel because she should like it. What? So instead I asked for the bill. We were charged full price for the meal she took less than a bite from. And when I put my card down to pay the server never came to collect the card (but also never told me to go to the counter to pay, apparently I should know that's how they operate). If you want ANY kind of service NEVER go here. My food was just fine but I have a bad taste of the whole place because of our service and the fact I paid for our meal in full even though my friend didn't...

For my friends bday I told him I'd take him where ever he wanted for lunch. He picked this place, he said it's soooo good and he goes here weekly. I didn't read any reviews as it's a fusion place and usually there mediocre.

MAN WAS I WRONG! This place is absolutely disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE, unless you like flavourless food

My utensils were dirty I had to ask for a new set.

I ordered the Thai Dumplings, it was way overpowered by peanut butter and the filling inside was so dry but it was ok I'd never order it again

As my main I got the chow mien (I know it's a Thai place but chow mien is a fairly easy dish to make)

First of all good portion and presentation. As soon as a moved the toppings away to see the noodle I was so disappointed it was SPAGHETTI noodles so gross. Was soggy. And was way to much sauce it was soupy ... usually chow mien I need extra sauce. Needless to say i tried it anyways. It lacked all flavour tried to doctor it with soy and hot sauce still bad

I didn't finish what I bought, when they asked if I wanted it packed I said no.

I will never be back to this place was absolutely gross, my friend said he's never had real Thai food from Toronto so maybe that's why he likes this place.
