I’d heard great things about the “huge wings” from a friend, but unfortunately I have nothing good to say about our experience here. Had the service not been laughably poor, we could have maybe salvaged some of our night, but our waitress was slow, forgot our drinks (or was just so slow we never got half of them?), and wasn’t at all personable; the worst was when we politely complained about the one order of wings hoping to get a replacement, and she was unwilling to rectify the issue. We were here for almost two hours due to the wait to order, and for food, for just 4 orders of wings; if it was busy I would understand, but there were only a few other tables. Aside from the service, the hot & Thai wings were okay, but the other flavours (creamy dill and spicy garlic parm) were so gross we couldn’t eat them - the dill tasted like nothing more than soggy breading, and the “spicy garlic parm” was literally just rolled in Parmesan cheese and didn’t have anything else to it. After months of waiting for this specific bar to reopen we just left super disappointed. Food was good but service was terrible. Our server didn’t even greet us when we got to the table because she was arguing with another coworker over us to after just leave us waiting for 45 minutes until we had to ask for when our food was going to be ready. When we finished our dinner she didn’t even ask if we wanted something else and just offered our bill. I do understand that reopening can be a little bit overwhelming I’m a server my self and I don’t really care if I have to wait a little bit longer as long as I’m notified of the issue but being looked at like I’m complaining for nothing is just disrespectful and makes me not want to come back ever again. She did ask if we wanted more drinks several times but when we wanted to ask what was happening with our food she was long gone, it was like she didn’t even want to be there.
