Pizzaville — Restaurant in Barrie

I ordered my 'free pizza' from the Pizzaville Passport, promotion. I said, "no wonder they can award customers with a 'free pizza', because they do not put any toppings on it". The pizza was dry (very little sauce), 10 pepperonies on half and our double cheese was not even single regular cheese. It was nothing more than eating dough.

The following is my response to their rectifying my poor experience:

I recently posted my response to the so-called 'free pizza' one gets with the Pizzaville Passport. You get dough with minimal toppings, at best. When receiving restitution from Rita, a Pizzavlle customer service rep, I assume, I was offered a cedit of $13.99. Well that only covers the initial cost of the pizza. I paid $7.52 in tax, delivery, and tip that was not offered and recouped. I wrote Rita about these charges I was out, and said I basically, was not happy with the non-recovery of my whole order and they could keep their $13.99. Her response was as follows:

Hi Jo, should you reconsider, please call us to place your order and let the phone agent know that you have a credit. $13.99 will be taken off your total! Kind Regards, the Customer Service Team.

This is very poor customer service. Again people, if you have never tried Papa Johns in Barrie, Ontario, I suggest you should. I think you will be delighted at the generous toppngs you receive and the taste you have been missing. You will not be dissappointed, as I am with Pizzavlle's product and customer...

Disgusting and rude behaviour. Owners cannot handle mild criticism when they make a pizza a customer is unhappy with. Especially when we have known them for over 25 years. The owner Derek and wife approached my father with power hungry aggression because my dad called customer service so they could remake his undercooked sloppy pizza.

How DARE you treat my father the way you two did. When he showed you nothing but calmness and respect. You then thought it was appropriate to force him to do pushups on your dirty floor. And drew him a picture like he is a 2 year old.

INSTEAD OF BEING a hostile human being you could of shown some kindness and understanding. ITS NORMAL to get MINOR complaints if a pizza is not cooked the way the customer likes it.

DEREK put down your tyrant like PRIDE and show some compassion to someone you knew for over 25 years. WE WILL NOT be ordering pizza here again. I cant believe you belittled my father the way you did.

The order I placed through the call centre was frustratingly mismanaged. The gros error of my two large, 3 toppings pizza pick up special at 12.99$, which was ordered in advance as we were on the road through Barrie, intern had been processed as 2 small 3 toppings pizza at 11.99$ each, to feed 4 adults! As we had deliberately ordered in advance, as to not delay our travel time to London, we could not wait an extra 20 minutes for a new order to be prepared. We therefore decided to live with their error and accepted a future credit.
