one of the selling points of Starbucks is to listen to customers what they like with lots of options in their beverage and try to satisfy as much. I usually have good experience with Starbucks with their customer service but not this location. This store is horrible. Last week I did a mobile order for a Mango Dragon fruit refresher, when I arrived the drive thru, the guy told me they didn't have dragon fruit left and just made me a mango refresher without offering any options. I didn't argue or asked for more as I was in a hurry, but it was just not worth the price. This week's experience is even worse. I brought in my own coffee mug and drive thru a morning coffee with my own creamer and some health powder inside 2 days ago, the lady dumped everything inside without asking and filled with black coffee, didn't ask if I liked to have cream or sugar with the coffee. I didn't know it was a black until I arrived work and I was mad. I complained to the store manager the day after and was offered a $4 cash card. It happened AGAIN today even I told the lady to keep my creamer inside the mug, and still got dumped! the coffee was refunded but still it is NOT acceptable that same mistake happened twice within a week with a complain in between! I expressed how disappointed I was and the drive thru lady said to me "I refund the coffee to you and I don't know what you want me to do!" What kind of customer service is that??? What could have been a cozy coffeehouse to enjoy our drinks while waiting , it was just sub par: first they had no teas to offer and the barista was so reluctant to offer any alternatives. When we ordered a dark roast coffee because we didnāt like the blends they were brewing, she wasnāt too happy to oblige, and we were the only customers, she just lacked the enthusiasm youād expect from a barista. I repeated my order again- calmly- and they replied with "it's venti" (implying that I said large and it wasn't the proper way of saying it?)
