Tiff's Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Barrie

I have always loved Tiffs. However, yesterday's experience was disappointing. I ordered my drink and the waitress, accidently spilled the entire drink on the table and watched it drip on to my clothes and seat as it flowed off the table. She stood there apologizing. I did not react, in order to keep the peace, and asked her to please hurry and get me something to clean it up with. I understand these things happen, and was very calm and supportive to the young lady. She came back with a J cloth. No napkins or paper towel to pat dry my clothes, just a J cloth to wipe the table. I moved myself and my family to another table. The other waitress came to me with my new drink with a smile on her face and a loud "Woooops!". I sat down, and we gave our order. As we are giving back the menus, the first waitress took them off our hands and bumped the menu unto my glass as I was sipping my drink. Yep, it jokted up my teeth, and another mini spill this time, all over ky mouth and top,but no apology. She walked away with the menus. At the end of our visit, we asked for the bill. I was billed for the entire cost of the order.

I thought, any place would show some common courtesy to make the customer feel better or at least to feel valued after an incident. My experience working with Joe to cater my husband's surprise birthday party goes beyond 5 stars. From the very beginning until the very end, Joe and his team were very easy to work with. Food is an important component to a party and Joe's food was the highlight of ours. Our guests were very impressed with the quality of food we had received and its portions. I had the pleasure of getting to work with Joe behind the scenes. As this was a fishing theme party, I wanted my main course to be fish and chips. Joe was very honest and informative in ensuring that this should be served in a timely manner in order to provide the freshest meal to our guests. On top of that, our guests loved how fresh the salad was and how much flavour was packed into the wings. My husband absolutely loved the food!! Absolutely the best wings that I've ever had. I've been to ALOT of places but haven't been to The Lockeroom in a very long time... but these wings are excellent, breaded, Carribean Jerk extra saucy is pure heaven!

Everytime I come here I'm not disappointed. The food is all pretty good, the daily specials are excellent 👌. And omg the French Onion soup!, the different burgers are all so good & tasty! Love the Mexi Burger... Beer on tap is always excellent never had a bad pour. My favorite thing is when a pub or bar serves you a pint on tap & they get the beer 🍺 so close to the rim with a tiny bit of head!, it just makes my night & the server just earned a solid tip!.
