Topper's Pizza — Bayfield — Restaurant in Barrie

First of all, the food was absolutely fantastic. Best tasting pizza I’ve had in a while. Secondly, I order from here quite often, once or twice a month and never had an issue. Thirdly, the guy who delivered it was nice enough, even when my dog was being a little butthead at the door. However.... after waiting 45 mins for it, driver arrived at 10:15PM, the debit machine didn’t work and couldn’t be reset, he handed me the food and I waited there, door open, letting bugs in while he tinkered with the machine and the food getting colder behind me. He said he’d have to go to the store and come back for payment. Sure. I always pay my way for everything but the inconvenience of a broken debit machine shouldn’t really be at my expense. I work in the food industry and when technology fails, I just give them their food anyway... they’ve waited long enough and shouldn’t need any more inconvenience. To think, the driver was already delivering 15 mins after their store closed, and insisted on driving 30 mins more around town to get another machine to take my payment for one pizza and some toppers sticks, getting loyal customer’s money seemed to be more important than doing that +1 for customers at 10:45 in the evening. I honestly don’t really want to order here again. I don’t want get the driver in trouble, but perhaps when he returned to the store, explained the situation, the manager or supervisor should’ve said “don’t worry about going all the way back and disturbing their...

Went to the Bayfield location to get a slice of pizza at 5pm. As they were advertising it on the sign outside and on the outside of the window store. I went in I seen no slices in the trays in the front desk. I asked him are you getting some more slices out? He proceeded to tell me that they don't put out slices at night because it's their policy. I reminded him that I used to have a pizza restaurant as well and we always had slices day or night didn't matter. I said I wanted to try the pizza before actually buying a whole pizza. He just said no, never mind it's store policy. Now what kind of a policy is that? When you have advertisements up all over the place on Bayfield Street for a pizza and a pop. And it didn't even look like they were even busy as well. So I walked out not satisfied and will probably never order any pizza from here at all. I'll stick to my usual place just thought I would...

2 pizzas, wings, and cheesy bread.

Pizzas were okay but to much cheese on it that as soon as you pick it up all the topping fall off,

Wings absolutely went right to the bottom of my list of the worst wings I have ever seen or tried( I had to try them) picture included, the only way I could describe it is just super gelatinous eww I know, it's like they boil them in water or something I don't even know,

Cheesy bread was the best thing tonight no negatives on that.

Delivery guy was nice. It just sucks I paid so much money on these items that the wings were so ugly and texture was so off putting went right into the trash. Pizza will probably be better tomorrow

In the end I wouldn't waste your money on it. Take your chance on the pizza but 100% don't buy the wings unless you like that jelly, Gooey feeling...
