If I could give a negative 5-star review to this restaurant, I would. When three people go out to eat, all dishes should come out at one time. One person at our table got their dish a good 10 minutes before the other two people. Then, when I got my dish, there was an unknown black substance on the top of my bowl. When we asked what it was, the cook and waitress both looked at it dumbfounded. They didn't know what it was or even what to do. The waitress wiped it off with her bare finger as the cook tried to decide if it was food or dirt. They decided it was burned peanut oil. My food was also cold. For a meal that set us back $75, it shouldn't have been cold.

The fan that was blowing dust everywhere was so strong that it was blowing my noodles towords me as I tried to get them on my fork. I had brooth from the noodles blowing on my brand new shirt that I just took the tags off this morning. When we asked to have the fan turned away from the table, the waitress turned the speed down in a huff, glared at us, and didn't even speak. Turning down the speed didn't help as it still blew my food on me as I tried to eat cold noodles with my hair blowing in my face.

During the course of us eating, not once were we asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. The waitress did ask if I was done with my meal. I said I was, thinking she was going to clear my dishes. Nope. She brought us the cheque . Two people at the table were still eating. She didn't say a word as she placed the cheque on the table that blew towards my boyfriend, who was still eating. About 5 minutes later, she put the interac machine on the table and walked away. One person was still eating.

Another 5 to 10 minutes went by, so I asked if she would like us to do something with the interac as she just left it on the table. She finally spoke to us and asked if it timed out. Since the machine was not handed to anyone, we didn't even know she had put our bill amount into the machine. The waitress didn't know how to talk to us to get us to pay the bill. She walked back to the cash to get the total. While there, she took more walk-in/take out orders.

This has to be by far the worst restaurant experience.

Might I add, on the way home, I was told my sons meal had a hair in it.

Bad day or not, customer service shouldn't be sacrificed. Take a mental health day if you can not provide proper customer service.
