Pizzaville — Restaurant in Brampton

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this location and haven't had a good experience yet. The first time I ordered, the meat toppings on both pizza were scarce, the veggie toppings were fine. I was charged extra for soprasetta salami as a premium topping, I got the equivalent of one slice on a large pizza. I ordered one thick crust well done and one regular crust, neither of which were cooked properly.

This past weekend, I got panzerottis and chicken poppers. The panzerottis barely had anything but bread; cheese and toppings were lacking on both. The baked panzerotti was burnt. Chicken poppers were visibly burnt. The chicken was dry and there were dry, burnt pieces inside the poppers. I'm not sure why anyone who has pride in their food would have sent anything of this quality to a customer.

I used to get Pizzaville regularly and I loved it. For years I went to Tony and Jim's, Mckay Pizza and Pizza Nova until I found this Pizzaville in my area. I was so excited until the service and quality of this location quickly changed that. I'm very disappointed in both of my experiences and I don't see myself ordering from...

As a local first responder, sometimes we try to grab lunch, get an emergency call and have to leave before getting our food. It's okay, just happens. Nature of the job.

Today, we hadn't had a chance to get a break yet, I was so excited for pizza! But of course, as soon as I tapped to pay, I heard our truck number called for an emergency, got to go, can't wait for the pizza.

I want to compliment this store, we are in the truck getting the address and details, putting it into the mapping system when this wonderful man with glasses came running out into the bitter cold, quickly passing us the food as we took off.

It's the little things. He really didn't have to do that.

The first time I purchased pizza from here it was good ,so I decided to purchase again. Second time it wasn't even cooked. I bought my pizza at 7 pm and didn't get a chance to eat until 9 pm. They also forgot about my 3 dipping sauce which i paid for. When I was ordering I noticed that there were people working there who were sitting on chairs beside the oven and the guy who took my order had to run to the back with a calculator to find out the cost for a walk in special with 14 wings. I thought it was a bit sketchy but ordered anyways. My fault $40 down the drain. Next time I'm going to the Popeye 's or subway...
