I ordered a ghost Pepper wings and chicken breast piece. Upon reaching home and opening the bag order was completely different. It was old mild wing whatsoever no ghost Pepper taste at all also no biscuit was added in the order. Theb Opened the bag for chicken breast and instead of what I asked I received a rib piece. Had to leave my house to go back to the store at 10 pm just to get the order fixed as it was past my dinner time and bed time. When I arrived at the store I adviced the manager they are not ghost pepper wings and she was comparing the new wings to old ones. Old wings looked really old and small , and the new wings looked big and golden crispy. I was asked to taste the food wich I refused. Therefore, I advised the manager I would like a refund and the food at no cost. Manager was rude didn't have any good customer skill set to respond to a customer and mentioned with high pitch voice she will not give refund and the food on wasting my precious time and gas which means either I take the food or take the money and leave. This store staff is poorly untrained and store requires more attention on training good behaviour to the managers and the rest staff on making the order fresh and delivering the order accuratly to their customer.    Read moreI'm glad to see I am not the only one person having food issues with this location. We placed an order at Popeyes on Sunday evening, and unfortunately, got home and saw, there was a strand of black hair in it. My daughter took photos and called. We went back the next day (Monday) to address the issue, and what followed was absolutely disgusting.
The manager we spoke to was incredibly rude, careless, and completely lacking in professionalism. Not only was she in the back cooking without a hairnet, but she also came up to the front, took someone's order, and then proceeded to dig through the food I brought back with her hands. To make matters worse, she refused to replace the fries or offer any other form of resolution for the issue. (photos to attach)
When I told her I would be reporting the incident, she was completely nonchalant and dismissed my concerns, saying, âGo right ahead.â It was clear she didnât care at all about providing proper customer service or addressing the problem.
I am furious with how disrespectful and unprofessional the so-called-manager was. Itâs one thing to have a mistake with the food, but it's another to be treated so poorly when trying to resolve it. I expect far better from a business, especially one that like Popeyes should be prioritizing hygiene and customer satisfaction. SMH....

They were over-cooked (they were refried at least once), over-spiced (never been spicy like this in the past) and didn't have pickles/mayo (we asked for extra of both). Skip would only refund for 1 sandwich and told me I would have to contact Popeye's to get a refund on the other. I called the store and the rude/impatient person who answered told me "sorry" and to contact Skip. I explained that I had already spoke with them and they told me I would have to contact the store for a refund. I explained what was wrong with the sandwiches (can't think of anything that was ok about them). She told me that since it was ordered through Skip, they didn't need to do anything about it.
