Insect inside Brownie

Don’t be fooled by their good-looking cakes and high rating. Had a horrible experience with this bakery. I bought a brownie cake yesterday for my baby’s birthday celebration. The cake was well decorated with strawberries on it. The moment we cut the cake and strawberry an insect popped out of it. We were aghast to see that because these people proclaim to be the best in business. But in reality, these people are shameless and are not even bothered that they are playing with somebody’s health. When I visited the store again to show them what they have sold us they didn’t even bother to care for my concern and were trying to play down the issue by saying that’s it’s none of their concern if there were insects in the strawberry. I am amazed to see how this bakery is even eligible to pass the health and safety standards. The staff including the manager were really pathetic and this is my worst experience of customer service ever in my life. On being asked for a written apology they asked me to get out of the store. I would strongly recommend people to not purchase anything from this bakery for the sake of their health.

1. Why did your manager yesterday apologize for the bad quality Brownie?

2. She said it's not Rashmi's Bakery fault and it's the fault of the fruit vendor from whom Bakery purchased fruits.

3. On top of it they were returning my money to keep my mouth shut but when I refused to take money and asked for a written apology, they asked me to leave the store.

Rashmi's Bakery also mentioned in the comment why I have cut the beautifully decorated strawberry, so your expectations are customer consume the whole strawberry?? The Bakery is not even taking measures to ensure that the strawberries are of good and edible quality and are just dipping it in chocolate without even knowing whether it's safe for consumption or not how come you claim there can be no insect inside it? Lastly, I am a well-educated professional, and I do not need your validation to prove myself. Nobody in today’s world would have time to travel all the way back to your store and make false claims. As a customer and more over as s human if I am having concerns i have full right to raise that. My main motive for putting this review is to enlighten the public as this can cause serious health issues to anyone.
