On 02/18/25 @ approx. 10:20 pm. I went to the Wendy's drive thru and place an order for a combo. The person that took the order asked, "if I wanted medium or large drinks" I said medium, thinking these were the only options. Later realized all combo comes with small drinks and fries, unless you want to up size and pay the difference. I asked the girl at the first window that took the payment why they don't ask if we would like to do an "up size on the order for an additional cost, instead of making it as though that the combo options is medium or large, she said "that's what they told them to say". Then she literally closed the window on me and walked away. I went to the second window to pick-up the order and I spoke to Navdeep (according to her name tag) and asked the same question she looked very disinterested in what I had to say. She also replied "that what they want us to ask". Because she was disinterested in what I was saying, (based on her facial expression) I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was. .. someone need to remind the staff that they are in a front facing customer service environment and they should apply themselves accordingly. Very rude, unprofessional and distasteful. To know you are spending your hard earned money and receive this type of treatment, wow. Upper management need to review these comments and re train these individuals accordingly. They have no business working front facing as they have zero customer...
Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience at this location around the end of March or beginning of April. A night shift manager made an inappropriate comment about my Punjabi language—a language I love and take pride in. To make matters worse, she added bacon to my sandwich despite my specific request not to, which was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.
However, today my perception changed completely, thanks to the exceptional service I received during the morning shift. I visited the store around 9 AM, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The manager on duty—whose name I believe is Harman (as seen on her badge)—handled my order with a bright smile and genuine kindness. I communicated with her in English, and she respectfully asked which language I was most comfortable with, assuring me that the team would do their best to provide excellent service regardless of the language I speak.
The entire morning staff, including two boys and two other girls, were incredibly helpful, respectful, and polite. Their customer service truly stood out, and they turned what had previously been a negative impression into a very positive one.

Read moreThey can not get a simple order right. And try to charge you extra. Drive through: I ordered Dave's triple combo plus plastic utensils. They put Single with Medium Fries Medium drink. I said No, Dave's triple regular! Regular for Wendy's is small Fries small drink. They changed it to single, plus 2 patties. I asked, "Are you sure that is Dave's triple?" They said Yes! When I went to pay, I asked again, "Are you sure this is Dave's triple?" They said Yes! I paid like 19 bucks... I thought this could not be right! I went back and told them Dave's triple is not 19 bucks! They checked it and gave me back some coins... I didn't pay cash. I need the money back to my card... They said sorry that's the best I can do!"
I thought it's not worth my time arguing, so I left...
Guess what... of course, the utensils were missing, and it wasn't a Dave's triple...
How difficult is it to get 1 order right when it was repeated over 4 times!
