Pretty much kinda just like basically every other run-of-the-mill stereotypical Tim Hortons. This one the seating area is a little limited. Can be busy at times. Coffe tastes just like Tim Horton's coffee. And the food looks the same too. Hashbrown was a little dried out today. Sandwich was fine. Have a look at the pics. There is no shortage of Tims in this town, so if you don't like this one, you can go to the other one, or the other one, or the other one, or wait for the new one. Approx 1 Tims for 2000 people. Not a bad ratio. Enjoy!

Worst timmies ever. At 6:30 pm about 20 people showed up. Seats available for 7! The rest of the restaurant was blocked off with chairs indicating no access. Bathroom blocked off, no access. Asked what time they close, answer "I don't know". Do you have soup, answer "no", do you have chili? Answer, "I don't know". Absolutely nothing in the way of donuts or muffins, not one single item. Very unhelpful, could care less attitude that 20 people in more wanted some service. Three staff in the back room clapping for themselves!

Slowest Tim Hortons in Duncan. I've been the only person in line before and waited more than 10 minutes to be served. There was only one car in the drive thru and even if it was busy that's not a valid excuse. They need to have staff on both drive thru and lobby. They just kept walking by me and there were more than 5 people on staff. A few of the employees were actually staring at me while talking. I guess they were trying to decide who would take my order?!? Rock, paper, scissors? Another time I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich (while other people after me were getting their orders) and had to ask four different employees because they kept 'forgetting'. They were like "Ok. It'll be right up" and then would go off and do something else...

Then on the flip side I've been in there and had literally JUST walked up to the display case to see what they had... and within a few seconds (not exaggerating) I get the freaking lady at the till loudly tapping her fingernails on the counter. Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap!!!!! I look up at her and she's got this huge scowl on her face. Excuse me? I'm spending my money here so I can take a minute to decide what I want thank you!

Also they never seem to have much available after 7-8. Obviously people and families come in there and clean the store out around dinner time so why don't they make extra? They know that this is a very busy location. Beverly and Drinkwater doesn't seem to have this issue.

However a few employees that work there that are very nice and good workers so that's why I'm not giving one star. In particular this one Filipino lady and an older First Nations lady are always super friendly. If I could rate their service I would give...

they are not open 24 hours for the lobby its only 5am to 11pm for the most part friendly staff how ever there are a couple of very sour staff members, cleanliness could use some attention as the tables are always dirty from the previous customers garbage, for the most part its just an okay experience, and i am disappointed at the no hot food after 11pm at all locations, for example sick house hold no soup left in the house guess what no where to get any either,or if someone misses the last bus (as i frequently do) and as its cold outside no chili or even somewhere to sit warm up and eat something warm and at another location i ended up having to wait over 45 minutes for a farmers wrap as the grill wasnt ready to be used this was after i was told i would have only a 11 minute wait for my order, wich they got wrong almost every tim hortons in the cowichan valley cannot seem to get a order right any longer wich when in a rush is frusterating, as for (dont no what she is now ) but the girl alyssa that used to mamage the locations in duncan is the worst power trip, bullying, meanest, b!%$h there was she belittles the staff over works them way beyond and then treats them horribly for it then fires them on the last week of the 3 month probationary period very rudely might i add! any location owned by greg adams and steve will leave...

I have had issues twice now with this location. Issue 1: I went into the store and stood in line. There was a lady helping the customer in front of me. When she finished helping that customer she walked into the back. After a couple minutes she pokes her head out. Sees the line up of about 5 or 6 people and then leaves to the back of the store again. Other people working the drive thru said nothing. No greeting and after waiting for 5 minutes I left the store.

Issue 2: I went through the drive thru today. I ordered a large chilli combo with a donut and a bottle of coke and 12 assorted muffins. The lady taking my order cut me off while ordering and messed up what I ordered. When then handed me my drink a bottle of water not a coke. I mentioned that it should've been a coke. The lady just looked at me and I finally said was I charged for the water not the coke she said yes and I left. Over all the service needs a big improvement and maybe reading back the order to the customer to insure accuracy. I am frustrated enough that I will not be going back to this...
