every time i come to this tim hortons i get incredibly terrible service, if i could go to a different tim’s i would but the one outside the mall is just as bad, all these indians working look like they’re just working to talk to each other, the other day while i was there a man with a turban was helping a woman and her kids order, i was behind them in line, i was waiting and once they finished their order the woman was putting stuff back into her purse which i wasn’t bothered by, i completely understood but the guy with the turban looked at me and kept screaming like a stupid idiot “next in the line” over and over again while the woman was trying to pack her things, like as if it’s my fault or as if he can’t see her there but anyway after i was placing my order and then he completely disregards me ordering and starts talking to this lady he’s working with, it’s very rude to customers but especially to people who have a job in the mall like me and have very limited time to get food and actually be able to eat it while on break, every interaction i’ve had with this tim hortons location has been terrible, customer service is nonexistent since they can’t even give a simple smile or say hi, if i had another location that i could go to that had good service...

But I always have to wait for 15-20 min for a bagel while they were serving other customers who came after me.I was tolerating everything for a long time but yesterday when I went there , I ordered for a bagel I waited for 15 minutes even the store was not busy after that I asked 1 employee if my order is coming and she said yes but after waiting for so long time I asked the girl where is my order she rudely said u didn’t order any bagel then she checked the receipt and it was there after that she said sorry your order did not pop up on the screen and now we don’t have bagel. Even she can’t be able to speak the language properly.nd other employees were launching at the back. I felt very disappointed because this was the second time they are doing this with me . It happened to me on 18 august at 12.30 pm. I think these employees really need to be retrained. Personally, my family and I really enjoy Tim Hortons, and we would not say anything negative about the company itself. We are only talking about this location in specific.
The quote-un-quote manager was so obnoxious and rude and blamed the wrong order I received from them on my inability to correctly inform them on what I wanted, even if I specified seemingly clearing and politely.
Alongside this the entire staff made orders selectively. There are huge lines outside of the store yet whilst I was there the employees let a woman take an order completely for free and without having to stand in line!
When talking to the supervisor, Tanvir, I overheard them laughing about me.
I am absolutely disappointed by this service and had really expected more from Tim Hortons.
