Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

Shortchanged on food, terrible service.

On Friday, November 27, 2020, I went in to the store to order 2 large pizzas with Crazy Bread special. I also ordered and paid for the Creamy Garlic Dip. The store clerk told me that it would be 6 minutes for the order. It turns out that I had to wait 17 minutes (almost 3 times longer than what I was told when I made the order). I was handed the pizzas and a bag with what I thought was the Crazy Bread and the dip. When I got home, it turns out that the store did not place the dip in the bag. Basically, I paid for the dip, but the store did not provide it. I called the store immediately and after speaking with the owner the owner offered for me to go back to the store to get the dip (instead of offering to deliver the dip, or some kind of a coupon). Not good customer service. Then when I asked for the contact phone number to the Little Ceasar's head office, the store owner said that she doesn't have it and also said that even if I called the head office, the head office will only call her ("this will only circle back to me" were the owner's exact words). On top of everything, when I spoke to my wife later on that day, my wife told me that she also was "short changed" on a dip from the same store at least once before. I also filled out on the same day a complaint form on the Little Ceasars website, but unsurprisingly they did not even reply. Terrible...

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. #1 there were about 4 employees there and only one was following covid-19 protocol. One of the guys working there, standing over the food he was packaging, had his mask down on his chin most of the time. The other guy packaging food had his mask under his nose the whole time. These people were literally in close contact with so many people's food and couldn't be bothered to wear their masks properly. The woman at the counter's mask kept slipping, and I didn't appreciate that it was a fabric mask, which don't protect very well against omicron. If that wasn't bad enough, I watched the guy whose mask was off his nose, lick icing off his fingers, and proceed to package food. It was disgusting. They didn't have gloves when they were handling the food and they didn't have anything to keep their hair from getting in the food. That was evident when I found hair in both my crazy bread and crazy sauce. It is nasty and unsanitary and I really hope no one goes...

Ordered pizza for delivery and part of my order was missing. The only thing they said they could do was for me to go and pick it up. There was a reason I didn’t not pick up the pizza in the first place. When I said I couldn’t pick it up and I wanted it delivered or refunded they said they can’t do that either. They said they can put my name down for a free one next time. This is absolutely not acceptable to me. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager available. The customer service at this location has dropped significantly and I’m not sure I’ll order from there again. The pizza is never cut properly and it is way greasier than ever before. Not happy with this experience at all. update The store ended up arranging to have my missing item delivered. I’m keeping at a 3 star as I shouldn’t have had to argue to get my order. This should have been an option from the start. Or at the very least they could have told me that they would speak to a manager and see what...
