20 years.

20 years have past sinced I said goodbye. A goodbye that I thought was forever. But apparently I've been wrong for so long. Because today we met again after all this time away from eachother. In a parking, just like we always did. There you were, at the 2nd window waiting for me like you never left. I felt your warm embrace for the first time in more than 2 decades. I quickly parked, albeit taking up more than 1 spot. I was just too excited. I thought this day would never come. I had so much to say, so much to tell you, so much to catch up on. But we just sat there. In silence. Sharing the moment, trying to make this time last for ALWAYS. I gathered myself as I gently caressed your tinfoil package, slowly opening the gateway to your soul. There you were in all your glory. The most beautiful thing I've only remembered in my dreams. I pinch myself, "is this real life" I said aloud. I take a bite.

Underwhelmed. 6.1/10.

Today I ruined the nostalgia that was Arby's. I can't say "I remember Arby's from when I was a kid. "THIS was so good". Naw. ITS average, you just loved being a kid. They say not to meet your heroes. I felt that today f'real real.

P.S Horsey sauce tastes like Mayonnaise mixed with hair dye. P.P.S Arby's sauce is just garbage bbq sauce. No wordy description. Just...

We've going here since years for the roast beef sandwiches and their service is always good. But the last time we were there 2 things really upset us. The coke drink from the soda fountain was strangely just water, no coke! When we complained, the young guy named Andrew, (who seemed to be in charge) said he would fix it. He went behind in the kitchen and said he has now added syrup and it will be fine. So unless customers complain, he doesn't bother to refill?? It was 8.30 pm, we were still sitting and eating and the same guy switches off the TV with no regard to customers while we are still watching the news. When I asked why he said it's the boss' instructions!! WTH!!! He's only following procedure. The store is open until 10 pm so why switch off the TV? Is the boss saving electricity or they want customers to leave by insulting them so staff can go home early?? Or this fellow lacks commonsense?

We doubt we'll go back to this...

Very unprofessional staff. They made me feel very unwelcome from the moment I walked into their restaurant probably because I was the only one there and they didn't want my business. Very unfriendly staff. They rushed making my order it wasn't very good. Also they blasted East Indian music while I sat and ate in there which I actually didn't even mind that much as I have lots of Indian friends, but I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be playing their own personal music in the restaurant especially during operating hours and with a customer eating inside. They also proceeded to clean the restaurant around me the whole time while I was sitting in there even though it was hours before they close. Altogether a very unpleasant experience and the manager should tell their night staff to be more mindful of the customer's experience and not make them feel unwelcome just because I came when it...

This Arby's restaurant is located near Burlington Mall on Fairview St. The restaurant itself is spacious with booths, regular tables, or bar tables to seat yourself. It has an old diner feel to it. The classic roast beef sandwich is a must have, but their everyday menu isn't bad if you want to sample a few varieties of their sandwiches. Just remember to try the sandwiches with some classic Arby's sauce! Curly fries are also a staple here and essential for your meal combo. Unlike other fast food establishments, the iced tea served here is Gold Peak which is *chef's kiss*. The women's bathroom only has one lockable stall during my recent visit here, no paper towels (seemed stuck in the holder?), and no hot water at the sink. The bathrooms are also not wheelchair accessible. Overall, great place for casual eats and competitive prices.

Wow what delicious sandwiches!!! The Reuben is soooo good with extra Horsey sauce (their signature creamy horseradish sauce) and sauerkraut. I even add some of my own spicy mustard and dill pickle for that extra tangy zing!! I must’ve tried absolutely everything on the menu now. Bacon cheddar roast beef is also top notch. Curly fries cannot be compared to any other fry out there! Tonight I got the new smoked brisket sandwich. It’s ok but lacks something to cut thru the greasy richness of the brisket, but still good overall. Too bad locations are so far apart and none in major areas like Vaughan or Toronto so it’s quite a drive to come here or the Oshawa or Orillia location. You guys need to open a spot in Vaughan asap it’ll always be packed guaranteed!! We have nothing like this around!

This is the first time trying this Arby's location. I know we used to have more locations in GTA especially in Toronto but now the closest one is more than one hour away. The burgers were still as good. We got a double beef and Cheddar combo with curly fries and and classic French dip and Swiss combo with curly fries poutine for less than $30. Considering the size of the meal I would say it's not bad. The only thing I feel is that the store is lacking of some more care. The woman washroom has two stalls. One stall was out of toilet paper. The other one has toilet paper but the door lock was half broken and cannot lock. Overall good experience and yummy good.
