AVOID this Location Fairview Burlington.

Manager is an SOB.

His staff put Jalapenos on our Burritos when we can not tolerate HOT SPICY anything due to our health. Staff and Manager thought it was humorous. Manager spoke over me, raising his voice, avoiding tis discussion and denying it was his location. He would not apologize, nor admit, nor take responsibility. He is rude and should not have any leadership role in representing this company's name. This Manager also encouraged me (demeaning tone) to "Please, go ahead contact head office and give me a bad review " What a Sick individual.

I just want to also add that this occurred earlier this past week.Immediately afterwards, I called head office and left a voice msg with my name, phone number and details of the complaint . I asked for a supervisor, owner or district manager to call me and they have not.

This location does not deserve your business and the manager needs to be placed in the unemployment...

I recently visited Fat Bastard Burrito Co. in Burlington and was blown away by the amazing experience. A big shoutout to Aswani, who is hands down one of the best employees I’ve come across. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made my visit truly memorable.

Aswani went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and that I felt welcome throughout my time there. Her dedication to providing excellent service truly sets this location apart. The food was, of course, absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.

Thank you, Aswani, and the entire team, for an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location...

Employee named: ANUPAMA at 1728HRS gave me crap service I never received at any FAT BURRITO usually the employees are good in communicating to give out recommendations here it was opposite she prepared the following food. She made that for: closer to 14.90 something. I added the food picture

If I go to ANYOTHER FAT BURRITO they give out extra, here I’m paying the same and getting half the food let me know if you want the proof I’ll bring the fat burrito from Mavis & britannia.
