Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Burlington

Ordered a vegetarian pizza (among other items). No modifications at all but when I received it, there was meat on top and under the cheese. I called to notify them and they said they would send another. 90 minutes later and nothing. I called back to ask for a refund and they referred me back to Uber Eats. The first incident I chalked up to a mistake. The second incident could have been chalked up to just being busy but both occurring on one order just showed me they didn't care. The second time I called I stated that I don't eat meat for religious reasons to impress upon them why they need to be more careful. The person I spoke to gave me the verbal equivalent of a shrug. First and last time I'll be ordering.

Edit: upon the response I emailed them. No response back at all. I support local but I'm not giving my hard earned cash to a business that doesn't respect customers. Twice the Deal Pizza on Upper Middle rd continues to make custom pizzas, and cares about their clients. I'm regretful I tried a different place. Even if they make a mistake, they rectify immediately. Called and ordered a pizza with EXTRA chicken and the "manager" took my order. We've had previous issues and left a complaint about lack of toppings hence why we asked for extra. As you can see in the picture there is no extra chicken but a LACK of chicken. The manager was super rude saying he made the pizza himself, put extra chicken and did not charge us so we should be greatful. He did not listen to the fact that we wish he charged us and gave us the extra chicken. He rudely brushed me off asking what do you want a free pizza? I politely told him that I just want him to understand my concern and take note as it keeps happening. He did not believe me and so I asked for the email to send him a picture in case he had a lapse of memory making the pizza with little chicken and he told me to call head office (I certainly will) as they are a franchise and don't take complaints. Never will I order here again, I hope you sir get fired and that my picture makes an impression at head office solely for the fact of how rude you are. WORST LOCATION EVER!!!

I wish I could give a negative review! We should have learned our lesson... we have given this place too many chances.

We have had a few bad experiences with this location.Tonight we tried delivery again and it was a disaster.

First it took more than an hour which is excessive considering our location, I called twice and they kept saying driver is on the way. When FINALLY after three calls, the Pizza finally arrives and it is all tossed up pieces here and there and looked like someone had touched the pizza/opened it after! It was poorly made and looked like a food safety concern. We couldn’t eat it! This is what you get for almost 60$!!!!!

I love Pizzaiolo but this LOCATION IS THE WORST!!!! I’d rather drive to Oakville location as they always have amazing service and such good pizzas. LOOKS LIKE THE OWNER OF FAIRVIEW LOCATION DOESN'T CARE! I read some reviews above and I agree with som many of them. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AND I WARN ANYONE READING THE SAME!
