Avoid unless ou have an hour to spare. I came in and stood at the till for about 2 minutes watching all the staff in the back laugh and joke with each other while looking me in the eye. The manager who was doing inventory then took my order and was very friendly. Then after my order was placed it took them a long time before my food even came out! To my surprize it was because they didn't have any food cooked! (fries) I was really wondering what they were doing standing arround joking if you don't have any food ready.!? The manager then apologized and gave me a free apple pie to try and make up for it. (Super nice!) you could tell the manager was trying and working his butt off. Too bad for him though that you cant run a fast food restaurant with one person. When I finally got my food I could see that my wrap was thrown in the bag without a care in the world(see picture). I was going to give 3 stars because of how hard the manager was trying. But the HORRIBLE workers just can't be overlooked. They'll all have to be fired before I ever go back to that location. Read moreOrdered a classic breakfast combo, when I got home picked up a slice of toast to dip into my egg, the other side of my toast was burnt black, flipped all the toast and it was all burnt black. Went to speak with the manager the next day, he said he would give me a buddy burger ( a 3 dollar burger) I told him I don't eat buddy burgers and would rather a replacement of my meal or a refund, he had a card in his hand and ran it through the till, thought I was getting a gift card, after helping another customer he brought me a teen burger, I had just eaten and said I didn't want it. The manager then said he didn't know how to rectify the error that they made. I left with NOTHING and the manager just stood there like an idiot. Read moreI’m so sad to write this. I tried calling in hopes they would make things right. But, no answer again. I ordered via skip and they don’t have a spot for “notes” so I usually call and ask for my fries to be seasoned. Today I called 18 times and no one answered. And then my skip order was cancelled. I have a chronic illness so ordering food is only on high pain days. I live so close. This has been a place I go often. They were always kind. Not only was my order cancelled and no one answered the phone when I walked over they said electricity went out. So I went online and checked power outages in my area this was just NOT true.
