Service is horrible at this place! Stay away if you can! An older Asian lady (I think she's the manager/owner) has attitude. When my family and I got there, we asked how much the prices were for the different sizes of popcorn, this lady seemed very impatient and didn't want to help. When we made an order and I was paying with my credit card, she had finished prepping my bag of popcorn, looks like she was giving it to me so I reached out to grab it while paying, but she suddenly pulled the bag of popcorn bag away from my hand, and refused to give me the bag of popcorn. She was so rude. It felt like she thought I was going to steal (but my card was accepted with no issues). She could have just told me that once the payment is accepted, I'll give you the popcorn and I would understand instead of just pulling the bag away with attitude and saying nothing. Come on lady, my husband and baby, and our stroller were there the whole time. There was no way that I could just run off with our small order of popcorn. Some fast food places that I've been to (like Chinese places or subway or even Ikea) once you've placed your order, the order will be ready and then you will have your tray of food first before you pay at the end of the line. Does this lady not know that? Not everyone is out to get you! Horrible customer service and the popcorn wasn't stellar. I've had better. Go to other places. If you want customers to come to your location, provide better service to customers without judging and make better popcorn. Prices are ridiculous! ...

The women working were chatting with each other when we walked up (not a problem at all) but then they continued talking even though we were obviously waiting to order. Then when it came time order I chose my flavour and my husband went say what he wanted and the women just started talking over him. Then he tried two more times to order his popcorn and they just kept talking. Then they tried to get me to pay before he had orders so I had to tell them what he wanted and the woman working said what 3 times (I wear headphones due to autism) even though I was not only pointing but speaking clearly.
