Vena Nova — Local services in Calgary

I bought both a proposal ring for my fiancee (now my wife) and our wedding bands at Vena Nova, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I had checked out almost every diamond store in Calgary and was getting pretty discouraged, but then I found Vena Nova. They had full customization option, lots of existing design, fair prices — everything just clicked. (It definitely helped that my wife instantly fell for one of their designs)

Working with Kendice was amazing too. She made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I even accidentally messaged her outside of her work hours once, and she still replied so kindly — I was really thankful for that.

As the proud owner of the most stunning ring ever, I must say that we had the best experience at Vena Nova. Elaine was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped me customize my dream ring. She listened to all my requests and made them a reality. After about a week I was sent a digital 3D graphic design. It was great to be able to see exactly what it was going to look like prior to it being made. It took about 3 more weeks for them to custom make my ring and it turned out better than I could have ever dreamt! Upon pick up we were told that the custom order came in less expensive that originally quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. Absolutely brutal service.

Walked in to look at wedding bands. Barely an acknowledgement to our existence. As we look at the cases, pointing at certain ones that catch our eye, still nothing from the associate. In walks a loud, brash woman and the associate helps her immediately. Continuing to ignore us, not even an "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you". Continue standing around for 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement we exist, we walk out still to nothing from the associate.

My fiance was excited to try on and find her dream ring, but we will be taking our business elsewhere to a shop that bothers to treat us like humans.

I guess if you want service here, walk in and act like the most annoying person on earth. Incredibly...
