**Update: Delivery driver arrived after another two phone calls and the lady answering the phone being incredibly rude and hanging up on me again - keep in mind I wasn’t rude at all and was asking when my food was prepared and dispatched to leave, she told me my food had been prepared and ready to go at 1:45, I asked if they used a delivery service and she said no that it is their own driver and he had “technical difficulty but was on his way” so great… now I was expecting cold food to arrive. Well when the driver arrived at 2:41 am … the food was piping hot and my drinks weee ice cold - guess it wasn’t 1:45 like she claimed. Anyways, please be advised the food was horrible, the lasagna had a weird tang tasted to it and lacked flavour all together, the “garlic toast” was more like regular buttered thin bread and the Cesar salad has very strange bright pink bacon bits on it … almost like it was diced up ham maybe - we didn’t even try to eat that… also - I ordered 4 pop , 2 Pepsi and 2 Gingerald - I ended up with 4 ginger ale. I highly recommend that you stay away from here - the service is horrible, the food is the same as the derives and they will have you waiting for hours and then be rude to you and hang up on you - oh the delivery driver who said he was part of the family ran business did APOLOGIZE for the way the woman was speaking to me … that is pathetic that the driver felt compelled to apologize on behalf of the lady on the phone - who I’m assuming is the owners wife. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! 0 stars! ** Original review: I placed an order here, at 12:45am and at 1:45 am I called the store to see what the delay was and when I could expect our order. It wasn’t a large order, just a medium baked lasagna and a small cesar salad and a couple cans of pop. The woman with the thick accent answered the phone and made no sense whatsoever literally… she kept telling me that “the store closed at 2:00 am and then my order should arrive around 2:10/2:15 something like that” and I explainer if her that I was told my food would be here in 45 minutes when I placed the order online and she said “yes, it will be at 2:15 or something like this” …. Whaaaat?!!! So I than I asked if she was the manager and she said “no he is not here” so I asked what his name was so I could call back in the morning and discuss this issue… she then told me to give her a few seconds and proceeded to hang up on me. Naturally I called back and she answered and said “ma’am your order will be there within 10 minutes” … At this point I just wanted to cancel my order but u decided to not make them waste the food - BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART - because it’s now 2:16 am and I am STILL sat here waiting - the food is for my roommate who worked two shifts of physically demanding work and is starving and exhausted and now sitting here waiting and has to be back at work for 7:00 am … I am livid! Do not waste your time with this business as they clearly have no respect or regard for customers time. If I could give negative stars I would. 2:19 now and still no food - for the record - from the time she said “10” minutes it has now been 32 minutes… very very rude and inconsiderate.

We ordered Bell's Pizza for delivery to the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire. The order was for a large Imperial Pizza and a medium Meat Lover Poutine, and it arrived within 40 minutes to the hotel. The food was delicious, especially the poutine - rich gravy with chunks of meat. The fries weren't as crispy as other poutines we had on the trip, but we're assuming this was due to the effects of the delivery time. The pizza was also good; it was mostly a standard combo, but with the inclusion of ham and pineapple. Not too greasy and tasty, and kudos for having the ingredients baked mostly baked under the cheese layer. Price-for-food seemed good at about $35 USD for the entire delivered order.

The pizza dough is quite good. Not wet at all. It’s quite thin but I prefer an even thinner dough though (napoli pizza). The pizza is well above average. It’s worth the price. Two people can merely finish a large pizza. The chicken toppings such as honey garlic chicken sounds nice and I would try next time. We asked the staff for recommendations of toppings but it seems that she didn’t give any constructive recommendations but rephrasing and then asking us back the same question. Please be reminded that there might be homeless people sitting in the restaurant though. We gave him a slice of our pizza. There’re special offers on Mondays to Thurdays.

I must say, the experience was fantastic! Here’s what stood out:

Food: 🍕 The pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh and generous, and the flavor combinations were spot on. I tried their [specific pizza, e.g., "Margherita" or "BBQ Chicken"], and it was bursting with flavor. They clearly take pride in the quality of their ingredients.

Service: 😊 The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick. Even during peak hours, they made sure to greet customers warmly and keep things moving efficiently. My order was ready within the promised time, and they even checked to make sure everything was up to standard. Value for Money: 💰 The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. They offer a good variety of options, including [mention any notable menu items, such as vegan or gluten-free options, if available], which makes it inclusive for all kinds of pizza lovers.

Overall: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend [Pizza Store Name] to anyone craving amazing pizza and a great dining experience. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more...

Bell’s pizza went above and beyond, I live in BC and I wanted to buy my cousin in Calgary pizza for his birthday. Originally was going to go to Verns, at my cousins request, and they were unable to accommodate my request. I came across this little gem, Bell’s Pizza, and WOW! Does l not even start to explain my experience. The gentleman that helped me, which I totally forgot his name, was kind and helpful. He text me my receipt and very nice pic of the delivery to give me piece of mind that it was delivered. Now I did not eat the pizza so this is my cousin’s review “ Ok....I'm a pretty skeptical person, so I thought that the best idea would be to ask Shelley....OK...Answers are in.... She said that pizza was amazing, and the shrimp got the best prize ever....Thank you so much Cuz!!!! ( Best b'Day Ever!!!)....( UNTIL NEXT YEAR AND ACTUALLY REAL!!)...MMMMCCCCHHHHWWWAAA!!!!!”

Thank you “A” ( sorry again for ...
